Wow, what a game-changer for our eCommerce setup! We used to spend hours manually publishing items on Discogs from our WooCommerce website. But thanks to Disconnect, it’s all automated now, and it’s just fantastic!

Helpful customer service
Helpful customer service, Shekh Abdul spent a lot of time investigating problems that turned out to be on the POS side, not DisConnect. The support is definitely one of the strongest things about this platform.

Excellent service and world class customer service
I have been using Disconnect for little more than a year now. The service is great and we wouldnt have succeeded without it.
But even more impressive is the customer service, who always answers my questions really quick, even though the time difference to Sweden. Especially Shekh Abdul have helped me a lot, even brought my ideas about new features into production.

Early Adopter
I have been a user since the platform's early days and it does exactly what the developers said it would - integrate my Discogs store with eBay. Once set up, it just works which is good!!
Just for the record, I've given it 4 stars because it's not exceptional, but it's good.
Setting up was a bit of a trek, but that was probably more me not reading enough about the system.
I haven't had a chance to test out the other e-commerce integrations yet.

This is a great utility for selling vinyl records
This is a great utility for co-ordinating inventory across platforms. Personally I use Dicogs, eBay and Square, but may others are available. The really useful features for me are the ability to list Discogs inventory on eBay with no effort, syncronisation of sales across platforms and integration with Royal Mail. The online chat is great for help too.
