Just wanted to say thank you so much, I’ve just received my boxes and everything is so beautiful! My daughter and I are so happy with all the gorgeous crystals! This means so much to us as we’ve just moved to a new country after a hard time last year after with a family separation. Top Notch Company
I recently bought an anklet and it broke near the clasp. I messaged customer service and they promptly responded. While I was chatting with customer service I received the email confirmation that a replacement was being sent.
Any issues I've ever had have been taken care of immediately. This company rocks with customer service. What I've purchased has been beautiful and I've even sent some items as gifts. Every one always asks were I get my crystal jewelry from and I always recommend Conscious Items.
