Withdrawals are fast. I give them props for that. However, there is a lack of appreciation for their loyal customers. They do give bonus gifts, it's just majority are deposit bonus'. While you can request for a "no deposit" gift - don't get your hopes up. I have never in my 4 years of being signed up to this site, have I ever earned more than $20 on a no deposit bonus request. Customer service will respond many times over that the bonus' you receive are perks. However, not everyone likes to deposit continuously and it would be nice to be granted a no deposit bonus (that actually pays out) without having to constantly have to ask.

I was enjoying this site. Withdrawals were quite fast. Then in the last few days, I couldn't get any withdrawals processed. I was told I could only make one withdrawal per session. This was then changed to one withdrawal per day. I finally got a reason for it today. The site gives you "gifts" with normal conditions attached, e.g., you must spend 30x gift amount. They decided I couldn't make a withdrawal and then deposit funds again, claiming a gift. I got no notification of the change. I don't think they can be allowed withhold my funds. I told them not to offer me "gifts" if it means not processing my withdrawals
