My server suddenly stopped working and critical files disappeared, yet support never responded. Billing reminders work perfectly, but technical support does not — very disappointing service.

Hi Tibor, I'm sorry — a server going down with no reply from support is exactly what shouldn't happen, and that would've been put right (and refunded) at the time. If anything's still outstanding, message us on Discord and mention this review and I'll jump on it personally — and there's a month on us waiting if you'd like to come back.
The server doesn’t work
The server doesn’t work. The 24/7 support is nonexistent—I got only one reply in three days. They are scammers. Do not use their service.

Money Taken, Server Stuck In Pending.
I've paid over 30$ CAD for a semi annual BeamMP server and am not getting any response from tickets or discord, server is currently still pending. tickets unanswered. idk if this should be considered a " Top Pick " for Server Hosting.
UPDATE: After about 20 hours i have gotten a reply finally. i will say they at least compensate for the inconveniences.

Been hosting my BeamMP server with Connect Hosting for a few weeks now and it’s honestly been fine the whole time. Setup was quick and it’s stayed up, no random crashes or anything. Had one question about configs and support got back to me pretty fast. Can’t complain.

A scam
A scam. I bought a beammp server for 1,19€ and i know its cheap but it's still money, they took the money from me but i never even got the server. I opened a ticket about it and the never answered.

Hi, I'm sorry — paying anything and not getting your server, then hearing nothing back on your ticket, is not okay and not how we operate. That €1.19 would've been refunded. I'd like to make it right either way: message us on Discord and mention this review and I'll get your server deployed and put a month on us on the account.
High quality server hosting
I purchased a beamMP server four months and cancelled it two weeks ago. No issues with the server and easy to use. Recently bought a Rust server and it work’s amazing. The best pricing I’ve seen and the quality is better than other businesses I’ve gone with.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, good customer support; They really try to help you get the problem fixed! My most recent issue was actually my fault, and I pointed out my mistake and apologized, the owner was super nice and understanding. Good prices for what you get with the features!
Pros:

Good server performance
Cons:
The owner (aka main support person), lives in the UK, so that can make it a bit more difficult, especially when it might be a server issue on Connect Hosting's side.

The time zone point is a fair one. Our Discord tends to be the fastest route if something goes wrong outside UK hours, so it's worth pinging there as well as opening a ticket.

I’ve been using Connect Hosting for 2 years and never had an issue with servers not working. Whenever I’ve had questions the ticket filed was quickly seen to. People who are complaining against slow support and inadequate servers clearly don’t know how to follow the simple steps on the well ran discord.

Took days to get back to me about account setup. 24/7 support is a lie. After having confirmed my account was cancelled, I got an invoice and charged the following month again. They did refund but I was lied to about the account being cancelled. Would not recommend. There are much better options out there for less money.

I’m sorry your first experience with us fell short of what we promise.
To clarify what happened
Refund: As soon as you requested a refund on 17 April, we processed it the same day the ticket was picked up and sent you the PayPal/Stripe confirmation.
Cancellation: For security reasons we can only accept service cancellations through the secure client portal—never by email or ticket. On 24 April we provided the direct link to the cancellation form and again on 24 May. Once you submitted that form, the service and all future invoices were automatically closed.
Thank you for highlighting where we slipped. Your feedback helps us tighten our processes and speed up support for everyone.

I am delighted with their customer service. I had changed my server location, but the IP address had not been updated for quite some time. So, I contacted them, and their team was very quick to change the IP address on the server.
I am still using their service today and I am grateful to be with them.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid $18 USD for a BeamNG server, expecting to enjoy playing with my friend, but I have not been able to connect to the server or play at all. I followed all the required steps and did everything on my end to ensure the server should work, yet it was completely inaccessible.
This has been a complete waste of money, and I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. If you can’t provide a functioning service, refunds should be made available. I would not recommend this to anyone unless significant improvements are made. Avoid at all costs!

Very Friendly Staff + Quick to respond even at Night
I encountered an issue with my BeamMP server, and Connect Hosting resolved it within just 1 hour and 20 minutes, in the middle of the night. Their staff members are incredibly friendly, and I highly recommend their services.

The price is good for just 1.99 you can get good beammp server.Yes there were some small issues but Staff was really help full. Server have good performance that is enough to run beamp server with some friends even for the low price the only thing i would change is the amount of storage. So after all they are really nice hosting.

Support Non Responsive / Multiple Charges
I had unfortunately been charged multiple times for my server, all of which were showing in my bank account. I still received emails asking me to pay another time. I attempted to reach support multiple times, but got no response. This was frustrating as this is not the "10 Minute" average response time I was advertised.
