Review of recent car insurance purchased through Confused on 15/10/2026.
Clear price structure with all features and benefits included, giving the option of choosing the best insurance to suit the needs of the individual. The added incentive of the £20 voucher plus Greggs free monthly drink is also very welcome.
I have found Confused to be the cheapest insurance comparison site around.

While it's good to get lots of quotes in one place to compare, the number of emails sent (increasing in frequency as the renewal date approached) is beyond ridiculous, and causes anxiety.

I was Confused.com about where to get car insurance
I was in need of car insurance and wanted a good deal but not the cheap at any cost type of insurance that you can get.I found the best prices for decent cover from a respected well known insurance provider was through Confused.com.Pirchaing the product was easy and straightforward.Job done.

Serious Discrepancies between Comaparison Website & Insurer's Website, some only evident after payment....
From the Comparison site to the Insurer's summary page, all details looked correct. However, after payment, whe the documents arrived, the actual policy had different figures, criteria, etc...
When I went back to the webiste to double check, it would not show me the previous pages, summary, etc...
When I tried to get another quote, to confirm, the website said that it can;t show me a quote because I already had a policy... so I couldn't confirm & screenshot the discrepancies ~ that convenient !!!
