Meets all our requirements and then some
We evaluated and eventually chose ConfigCat over one of the larger players in the feature flagging world. Our main focus points, apart from the obvious ones each of the platforms supports, were ease of development, maintaining environments and configs on each environment, operational concerns and handling of PII. ConfigCat came in with one of the highest scores of the products we evaluated and being the cheapest one for our use case it was a no-brainer.
Support has been amazing and small feature requests have been handled exceptionally fast.

ConfigCat is my go to for feature flags. Great product, easy to use. Super helpful support and a blazing fast solution to my problem leaves me recommending them to anyone looking for a feature flag/configuration managment service.

ConfigCat is great for basic feature flagging
ConfigCat is great for basic, cost-effective feature flagging. There are many CI tools on the market that do much more than you asked for, but they are all lacking in that they try to do too many things and many (including LaunchDarkly) that have turned their backs on startups by having ridiculous pricing schemes that can cost tens of thousands of dollars.

Great decision
Config cat provided us with the capability we needed for both environment and user specific feature mapping. Ease of use and integration into our platforms made its selection an easy choice for us.

Better AND Cheaper than LaunchDarkly
ConfigCat is somehow both better AND cheaper than LaunchDarkly. The ConfigCat folks have been very helpful and friendly, and dealing with our various support requests. They even listen to feature requests! After I asked about high latency to their servers, they added global servers. ♥️

Flexible, intuitive and powerful
Using ConfigCat has greatly increased our confidence in our codebase. We operate in environments where the critical path must be free of failures for all users.
Because of this we use ConfigCat for canary testing to gradually rollout changes to our applications. If we find any issues with new features we can use the highly configurable targeting to toggle features for particular users, clients or projects.
It is a credit to the ConfigCat team on just how easy it is to integrate with their services. It takes about 3 minutes to sign up, create a feature flag and use the SDK! Well worth a try.

We recently switched from the free to paid version.
We recently switched from the free to the paying version, due to our company growth and because ConfigCat is exactly what we need in our use case. It is simple to use, though you can make more complex flags if needed. We use it to switch on newly released features at will; switch features between different tiers in our SaaS product and to have better version control. Not convinced? Start out with the free version and experience it for yourselves :)
