We've been using Configcat for our content flagging needs, and it has proven to be an excellent, cost-effective solution. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and offers a great range of features that suit our requirements perfectly.

Recently, we accidentally downgraded our plan, which was entirely our mistake. However, the Configcat team handled the situation promptly and professionally, issuing a refund immediately. Their customer service is top-notch, responsive, and always willing to assist.

Configcat has enabled us to go live quickly, it's simple and powerful, we have used their golang and js clients, no issues after a year of usage.

Segments are enabling us to connect memberstack and stripe to features and behaviours in our app without having logic all over the place

Only minor improvement: the API for JS could be a bit smoother in the design.

The Config Cat service should always be used in all developed projects on a par with Sentry, Graylog and other effective services.

We are in the process of modernizing our flagship products. Due to their size and complexity, remote configuration was determined to be one of the first steps in this process as it will open new avenues of deployment and management.

It is also an enabling feature for our move to containers and updating our systems since the old configuration system is no longer available.

We chose ConfigCat for a number of reasons. The two primary reasons are that it is very easy to use (as the dev setting up all of our environments and settings, I especially appreciate the CLI), and the pricing model worked out well for us. Many of the other options added a lot of extra charges for things we wouldn't make much use of. The Smart plan gives us exactly what we need.

Our devs are not yet used to the Feature Flag pattern, but we want to enable them to make use of it as they learn more. By having ConfigCat already set up for remote configuration, it lowers the barrier of entry allowing us to start making use of ConfigCat for feature flags much sooner.

On top of that, we are growing so it is nice to know that as we start making use of ConfigCat more and more, there is still room to grow into ConfigCat’s other plans.

I'm excited by the possibilities that ConfigCat will give us moving forward.

In addition, I had to contact their support when I was migrating all of our configs to ConfigCat. We have an admittedly wild scenario due to the shear number of options we have in our 20 year old systems. Due to our wild configuration setup we ran into a limit issue. I contacted their support later in the day, and after a follow email the next morning from them verifying that we weren’t making a huge mistake with the way we were using ConfigCat they were able to easily resolve the limit issue and get us back on track.

We have been using ConfigCat as a feature flag tool for our React front-end for a few months now and it has been fantastic.

It is so easy to use in every way, from signing up to logging in, managing users, environments, flags. And even using the flags in React is so simple with the Provider and hook approach that they have taken.

The only documentation I've needed so far is very basic start guide for using ConfigCat with React. It's so intuitive I've not had to refer to any more.

We are now considering using ConfigCat for our backend API too.
