Recommend Concepto for NIPT
I recently used Concepto for NIPT and would recommend. I went to the Heathrow branch and was in and out in 5 mins and got my results within the 5 working days. Also at £199 was a lot cheaper than other quotes I received which is why I chose them.

Do not use for NIPT!!!!!
Do not use for NIPT!!!!!! I know it’s cheaper than other options, but it’s not worth the unnecessary stress. Did not get my result within the guaranteed 3-5 working days due to ‘an unprecedented technical issue.’ I was told I would get an update by midday today but still nothing. There is no customer service line you can call for results queries. Atrocious!
Edit: Concepto I understand that sometimes results are inconclusive, but your lack of customer service and long delays in responding are unacceptable.

i had to call as the 3 hour service did…
i had to call as the 3 hour service did not happen its a good job i was not flying the same day as you would have caused me to miss my flight

awful experience
awful experience, they promise results of gender test within 3 days but it’s not true, they ignored emails for 3 days and when they finally reply they asked me to basically keep waiting with a sarcastic comment. Very poor customer service, and here I am.. still waiting to get my results
