The blue or pink gender test is true or false

Pink or blue test! I ordered a test kit on the 11th June 23, I received it a few days later, took the blood and it was posted on the same day. That was it- nothing since. I've tried emailing and contacting them... nothing. Feel like I've been completely scammed, it's not exactly a cheap thing to do and have since gone with a more trusted company which has been fine. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered my early gender kit. It was missing the return envelope so I contacted customer services to which they sent out another kit. I then went to get the sample which they require 2 bottles of blood samples which is impossible to do with only 2 lancets provided. I then bought some more lancets but filling up these two bottles was not going to happen. I contacted them for a refund to which they take off £20 for their “admin fee”. Don’t bother using this company. It may look like the cheapest options, but it’s cheap for a reason.

It's a scam, I made an appointment for a pcr test in london and not only the address that appears in the reservation of your appointment is wrong, but the main address is nobody working and I paid in advance.

Great service, was able to book appointment same day and was made to feel at ease on the day of appointment by Maciej Proszek. Would highly recommend!

I received excellent service getting a PCR test at the Croydon location of Concepto Clinic. Maciej Proszek was friendly and extremely helpful. The test was quick and painless, and I received the results the same day, as promised.

Would give 0 if I could. Arrived for my appointment in Croydon only to find the centre closed?! Other people also sitting outside the clinic had been waiting an hour to see if anyone arrived to open the clinic. No answer on the phone line, no answer to my email query or fb message query either. Shocking service, would not recommend at all. Will see if I can get my money back if they ever reply, really disappointed especially after the hour round trip with a toddler to get to the appointment.

It was very bad experience they send me result very late. Reception lady said you will get result before 8pm, but they send me PCR test result next after my departure time.

My visit was very stress free and I was attended to promptly and I received my results same day that enabled me to travel. I will use their services again. I highly recommend them. John

Used services before I flew out on hols as needed a fit to fly Covid certificate. Great value cheapest I found and results came in fast. Airport approved I flew out from London Heathrow with no issues.
