I'm using the10PcVatFreeBridge App to submit VAT returns to HMRC under their Making Tax Digital (VAT) requirement. With some initial support from a son, I now feel confident in using it and it is working very smoothly. Thank you.
An additional £10 donation has been made to the men's health charity Movember acknowledging the App.

This is a simple making tax digital way of complying with the VAT regulations, especially for me as just having one small VAT return to do each quarter. I make notes of what to do as I go along. Thanks to the software creator and an opportunity to make a donation as well.

A little tricky to set up if you aren't comfortable with Excel and naming cells. Otherwise, it works well and is perfect for small companies using Excel for most of their accounting requirements.

Stand alone software that does what I want every time. Been using for over two years without any problems. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Providing much help for the micro/small business that doesn't want to pay accountants vast sums of money to comply with HMRC systems that the average business owner can no longer comprehend.

As a very small one man business with accounts on Excel this is the perfect answer. It took a while to get the first return done due to my lack of knowledge, but since then bingo! Donation made. Many thanks Comsci. Alan

I found 100PcVATFreeBridge when DataDear which advertised as FREE forever was taken over by the owners of QuickBooks who stopped supporting the service which then suddenly developed bugs! I wish I had found 100Pc before, it is fantastic, simple to use and is supporting good causes with donations, I was happy to donate.

Only used it once April, May and June 2022. Excellent Software.

Use the 100PcVatFreeBridge software to submit VAT return from an old version of Sage. I export the VAT return as excel sheet, run simple macro, open 100PcVatFreeBridge software, prepare and then submit return without have to type a thing – fully compliant with HMRC.
I think HMRC mistakenly thought that accounts software providers would include the ‘Making Tax Digital’ functionality for free and not use it as leverage to get companies onto monthly subscriptions packages – they were wrong. It’s not that I am opposed to using the cloud subscription accounts packages, it’s the principle of HMRC forcing people into a legal obligation without providing any option to fulfil it. Accounts software providers have used this as a reason to get people ‘locked’ into a monthly subscription - feels like something from a Grimms’ Fairy Tale, we won't keep you for long, well keep you forever.

We have a small company and used to make manual returns. Moving to computerised returns was a bit daunting. However, the VAT return app. and accompanying documentation made it a breeze. 100% recommended.

Absolutely does what is says on the tin. Perfect tool for the microbusiness that has breached the VAT threshold and hasn't bought into one of the "big" bookkeeping providers.

My number 1 recommendation for VAT MTD!
