Can't fault them in any way and I have been back quite a few times, never had any issues, always very helpful and they do exactly what they say they will.
Excellent to deal with!!!

This is my second time using comparethediamond and I couldn’t rate them more highly. They created the perfect engagement ring for my partner so we went back to them to get our wedding rings made.

We trusted them with a very personally significant piece of jewelry and they have gone above and beyond to make it absolutely perfect.

We couldn’t be happier with our rings and I will without a doubt look to use compare the diamond again in future should the opportunity present itself.

Special thanks to Luke and Louise who managed our process, kept us up to date the whole way through and offered us their expertise throughout to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.

Top class customer service, video presentation of the ring design. Nothing was too much. The ring arrived and was amazing, my partner couldn’t be happier.

Ordered an engagement ring and had them design a wedding band to match, can't fault any part of it's. Excellent customer service, I was informed every day of the completion stages of the rings I ordered and once completed sent next day delivery. Packaged perfectly with lots of information. I would highly recommend this company.

Online process very straight-forward. Immediate, friendly and helpful response when I phoned to see if the delivery date could be squeezed forward a few days. I particularly liked the regular emails to advise about the progress of the transaction. Earrings arrived on time and look great.

Excellent communication, kept up to date at every stage.Delighted with the ring, exactly as wanted. Great business to deal with.

I had my engagement ring valeted after 7 years, which was also bought from this great company. Customer service was amazing, very responsive, friendly and professional. Thank you very much my ring looks brand new.

Excellent service throughout the process of buying an eternity ring. Ring looks gorgeous and, not that it matters, appears to be good value for money.
Delivery date predicted at the beginning of the process upheld throughout the three weeks and I was kept informed of progress at all times.
Would have no hesitation to buy from CtD again.

I have used them quite a few times to make bespoke jewellery and every time they go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. The finished pieces are fantastic and very sparkly! Highly recommend them.

For my 21st birthday my parents wanted to get me a piece of jewellery I would wear forever. They let me design a necklace which I haven't taken off my neck since I got it, IT'S GORGEOUS AND I'M OBSESSED! Clive and the compare the diamond team were just brilliant. They went above and beyond bringing my design to life. I am so grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to design jewellery.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to contact should you have any queries. Really good selection of jewellery. Item arrived when expected and always kept up to date on the progress. Have now purchased 3 rings and will certainly recommend to anybody else in the future.

And Tina Turner couldn't sum it up any better!
After searching through many high street stores for "the ring" my significant other had indicated she'd wanted, I thought to myself, hang on... I know someone who owns an online jewelry business, maybe I should check it out. And wasn't I glad I did! Not only was I able to order to the exact spec I was after, I was able to get way more for my buck than the high street brands led me to believe. Thank you Clive and the team, I've now got a very happy fiance.

Excellent service, able to see information on exact diamond wanted. Easy to order and pay. Manufactured and delivered as per agreed schedule. Kept up to date throughout. Necklace was beautiful, really pleased with it. This is the second diamond ordered from this company due to the quality of product and service.

I don't think I have ever had such amazing service from an online company!
Luke certainly knows his stuff when it comes to diamonds and offered some great advice. He was always available to speak to if I had a question. The lovely Louise kept me in the loop on progress from start to finish. The standard of craftsmanship and quality of diamonds are second to none. Both the engagement and eternity rings are truly beautiful!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and have already to several friends.Thank you so much to Luke, Louise and the team!!!

Amazing quality and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend

This was the second time I have purchased Diamond Jewellery from Compare the Diamond.

As previously, they are brilliant and I cannot praise them enough. The stones are of a good grade and the earrings look great.

Their service is outstanding and the E-mail tracker gives confidence of meeting the committed completion and collection date.

Everyone you talk to, is amazingly friendly and helpful. All in all a tremendous company

Another great experience purchasing from Compare the Diamond (I think this is the fifth ring now!) As previously, a remarkably personalised service which you might not expect from an online retailer, and a real dedication to making things perfect (this time round my ring needed tweaking and it was attended to with patience and without question.) Thanks Luke and team, I’m sure I’ll be back soon!

I did some research regarding online diamond jewellery and decided to order a wedding ring stack from comparethediamond.com. The rings are absolutely breathtaking exactly what I had asked for. From start to finish the service was excellent, I needed the rings fairly quickly and they arrived when promised. The design process was excellent as was the advice and customer service. Very impressed, I love my rings and will definitely use again.
