I have used the Company since 2007. Service is always excellent, and personal; you even get to deal with Clive, the Boss.

Value for money is without compare as well!

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. When I had chosen the diamond Luke advised that it wasn't quite suitable for the setting and found a perfect replacement in the same price range. The progress reports didn't seem to work correctly with my email address but again Luke very quickly advised me of an alternative way to view progress. Always very quick to return emails, and when I found out that my parents had organised a surprise party on the day my ring was due to arrive Luke arranged for it to be sent a day earlier (it in fact came two days earlier), thanks Luke! The ring is absolutely stunning, I definately wouldn't go anywhere else for future diamond purchases!

Excellent communication, there was a issue with the clarity of the diamond I purchased when it arrived and they called to offer me a free upgrade as they were not happy with the quality. Cannot fault the service at all, would 100% recommend.

This is my second purchase from this company. Everything smooth and exactly as promised. Recommend.

I found comparethediamond online when looking for an eternity ring for my wife at Christmas. I was really surprised to speak to the founder (Clive) when I called them. We had found the ring that we wanted in a high-street jeweller, and comparethediamond were 60% cheaper with a slightly better clarity of diamond.

We have not received the ring yet but didn’t expect to. This review is really about the service to date, the transparency and openness when dealing with Clive.

Excellent and would highly recommend especially for those guys (of which I am one) who have absolutely no idea about buying an engagement ring. The process and service was of high standard with regular updates. Nothing was too much trouble.
Reputation is everything and I was certainly not disappointed.
More importantly the ring was a huge success!

Great experience from start to finish.. And a Happy Wife as a result! Luke was fantastic in supporting me with my choice and the diamond was beautiful!

Many thanks!

Excellent service on every level!

Amazing quality products!!

Amazing service from the start right up until postage, could not of asked for more.

Brilliant team and stunning ring.

Highly recommended.

Having been a very happy customer 11 years ago, I was certain that I would be happy again. I wasn’t disappointed. I was given sound and friendly advice, by the Man himself - Clive!
I now have an even happier wife, with an amazing pair of earrings.
A massive thank you to all at Compare the Diamond!!!

Received my girlfriends engagement ring today and I am delighted with it. Top quality and it was way beyond my expectations.

The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. I was kept updated throughout the process and the ring arrived bang on time.

I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Five star all the way.

Thanks

fanatastic company. awesome customer service. My order was delivered two days early during the busy run up to xmas. The quality and finish are superb.

Great service once again from Luke and his team. Definitely recommend them.

Superb customer service with a beautiful finished product - it was exactly as designed and described. Could not be happier with end result.

After scoping out the bespoke service offered by other jewellers, I came across Compare the Diamond. After describing the ideal engagement ring, Luke had put together a full quote and 3D video of the ring by the following day! His knowledge from the start was extraordinary. The ring was a perfect match to the 3D video, competitively priced, delivered in good time, and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. My (now) fiancé is obsessed with it and I couldn’t be more grateful for the service provided by Luke and Louise at Compare the Diamond! I will be recommending them to everyone I can, and will definitely be using them again for wedding bands when the time comes.

Amazing people that ensured that me and my now wife is happy throughout the whole process of selecting and buying an engagement ring and wedding band. They were very friendly and easy to get hold of as well. Would highly recommend to others!

Excellent service and attention to detail as always. This is my third design and purchase from Clive and the team and I couldnt be happier. The time and attention to detail is second to none, and nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure you get exactly what you want. The personal attention and detail is something that just cant be replicated in your normal high street stores, let alone the actual stones and quality.

Excellent service from this company. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
Luke as always went out of his way to get us what we wanted.
And the rest of the team have been brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Thank you all!
