A super company to deal with
A super company to deal with, we decided to collect our Laptop rather than have it delivered (we live near enough). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Twice the power!
Very good computer. Bit sticky...presume it had a new keyboard. Came with TWICE the gb of ram as advertised, if I ever start playing games or making music I will be sorted! (32gb!). It came very quickly too!

Dell laptop
Ordered a laptop with them . Added 2 upgrades , extra 8g of ram which was added and upgrade to Windows 11pro which they forgot to put on. As soon as I contacted them,they refunded me the money for the Windows upgrade and told me if I really wanted it i could return it to them and they would put it on for
free. As im not that computer savvy and it would be a hassle returning it,I just kept it with the Windows 10.
All in all , good communication and fast delivery but i couldn't give 5 stars as they got my order wrong.
Nit used the laptop yet as bought for a Xmas present, but looks in great condition and the price was very reasonable.

Very satisfied customer
Ordered a refurbished Dell Latitude 2-in-1 laptop at a heavily reduced price from new. It arrived within the week in excellent protective packaging (all of which I was able to recycle) and started working straight out of the box. Now all set up and in use. There's a little scuffing on the lid, but nothing major and the description of condition warned of this, so I have no problem with it. As far as I'm concerned, it's as good as new and working exactly as I need it to. Absolutely delighted with the product, the price paid and the service.

Great offer / price
Great offer / price. There was a small issue with my order (product fault), but Combro made me an offer on a replacement that I couldn't refuse!! Excellent customer service, communication, delivery, and great product. Only 5* because I can't give 10!
