Still in midst of getting an issue sorted out (problem with screen crack 1 day after receipt which I assume is due to being bumped about during transportation despite seeming pretty well wrapped ). Had to send back for repair, Evri delivered it 5 units away on an Industrial Estate so it never arrived. But Mitch from the Office VERY KINDLY went away looking for it and located the missing laptop 5 days after delivery. So I’m very impressed with their customer service so far, and I’m hoping when the laptop is returned that I have no more problems with it - hence only a 4* review at this time.

Good communication re delivery followed by excellent customer care when I asked for help resolving an issue. Mitch responded quickly and explained what I needed to do to release the sound lock key.

I feel that the company had a decent selection at reasonable prices and the laptop we went for (ThinkPad 2 in 1) came with the original stylus that is working well. All in all I felt they were a well run outfit and they delivered within the timeframe specified (3 working days I believe). Although I actually got a APC notification stating it was going to be delivered a day early which didn't bother me as I was available both days but it could have been troublesome for others.

Does exactly whats on the tin, so to speak.. very simple site to use and find what your looking for. Communication on delivery status was also very good and arrived on time.
Laptop is as described and so based on using them for the first time, i am giving 4 stars out of 5 as i have not encountered any problems that warrent thier attention in order to see how after sales is..but all in all a very happy customer and planning to buy couple more laptops for wife and kids.. p.s prices are very good too.

Very good service

I purchased a refurb laptop from this company a few weeks ago.
I downloaded a virus software package I'd used previously.
This software caused an issue with the laptop and I was unable to starting it after a couple of week's use.
After phoning the company and returning for investigation, it was sorted within 24 hours and returned working perfectly.
They even offered to pay for my shipping costs.
Excellent company!

Combro customer service has been wonderful. Not only did they resolve all issue timely but they also followed up to ensure that I was satisfied with my product. Laptop is in perfect condition and I am happy with my product.

The laptop was sold at an affordable price, thats definitely a great thing. The delivery also arrived in 48 hours, that’s great as well. The computer works perfectly fine. All the functionally are okay. My challenge was that laptop showed more signs of wear & previous use than was expected. I communicated with sales support - who *flippantly* asked me to return it I wasn’t ‘satisfied with the cosmetics’, now that wasn’t great. I think customer interactions need some improvement.
