Would love to give a review but St Albans branch does not pick up phone. 5th attempt of being number 1 in queue. Nobody answers.
No reply to online form or email either.

I wouldn’t even rate this 1 Star! The Gravesend branch is appalling. The receptionists are so rude, the dental nurses themselves have no idea what there doing! I’ve left the practice and I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody! The practice manager (Gemma) needs to be sent of for some more training because she don’t seem to know how to do her job properly! I think she applied for the wrong industry!!! She needs to be trained correctly then train her staff correctly!!!

Well I must say I thought Never to write such a review but I simply must.
My husband, a Senior and extremely Trust Worthy in his views on other people visited Weldene Dental in Ashford Kent and “I FEEL” he was taken advantage of.
He visited the Hygienist on Saturday 05th April and was “Mislead” into paying £35 extra on top of the standard price of £75 just to have a “Air Flow Clean” as well as a Standard. The extra £35 charge on top was not even mentioned. This took the price to £110 YES £110! to my humble mind a complete rip off to a Senior Citizen and should not be allowed to happen. We paid, but Never Again will Peter Terry be “Talked” into having a Hygienist Appointment Again. Disgraceful Guys. Disgraceful.. Sorry🙏🏻🙏🏻 (Written by his wife Susan Terry)

I was so sick with the flu and had excessive productive cough that I thought any hygienist would not want to have a client coughing like that, so i made the courtesy to call a day before and ask if i can reschedule the appointment but then they wouldn’t reconsider and said they will still charge me a deposit for a late cancellation. I understand the rules but this should not be absolute and someone should make the exceptions especially if it’s not the patient’s choice or fault at all. So i didn’t want to lose my deposit so i told them i’ll keep my appointment and still went anyway. I was coughing the entire procedure and who knows if they’re sick now too! So inconsiderate!!!! Will never recommend at all! You are losing me and my family as your customers.

Bexhill dental practice totally recommend. Brilliant receptionists. Brilliant Dentists omar and assistants absolutely amazing and put me at ease would recommend 100%

Mahayla is a great dentist cant fult her . But on several occasions ive rang up and bernice has answered the phone and is always quite rude she always talks down to you and is very grumpy i dred getting her answers the phone .

I had an infection in the route of my tooth. It took one 1 hour and 43 minutes, To clean the area which had a broken decay tooth. The dentist was absolutely fantastic. One of the best Dentist I've ever ever known. He worked with dexterity and provision. He also explained everything before it happened, he was very informative. First, he put a plastic sheath into my mouth to stop any water going into my mouth during the procedure. No water went into my mouth. He put a clamp on the side of my mouth, This was to keep my mouth open. A because for such a long period of time a person could not keep their mouth open 1 hour and 43 minuets. Then tiny rods were then put into the tooth root to clean the root. There was a fair amount of drilling. And making good the area. I enjoyed the experience, because it's not every day you can go to a dentist and have them do such a quality treatment as I experienced. I would go as far as to say it's the best Dentist I've ever known. I would highly recommend the Colosseum dental practice Pinhoe Exeter Devon, to anybody. If you want Work of a fantastic quality. Ask to be a patient at this dentist.
I just hope this means if they get more people I can still be seen. Because if it gets too busy, I worry about my appointments. Which is why giving a great review as I have is difficult, Because in some ways, I don't want more people going to this surgery. But that's for selfish reasons. It's just because I want to make sure I myself get the wonderful treatment. But when you experience a fantastic dentist, you should praise them and tell them how wonderful they have been, because this dentist was fantastic, and I want him to know it too. I have told him that to.

Norwood Dental Centre. I came for a Sunday 9AM appointment Reception Staff hid in the back and did not open doors until exactly 9AM. Leaving customers out in the cold despite ringing doorbell.

When finally let in appointments had not begun until 9:20! When a woman arrived with her son at 9:09 she was told she was 10 minutes late by reception and that the clinic had staffing problems. It was implied but not stated that she would not get her appointment. She said she had traveled quite a way but they turned her away even though not a single patient had been seen, and made her feel it was her fault. They have a poster in the waiting room ‘WE’re SORRY! Please be a patient patient. We’re very sorry to keep you waiting, there’ll be a good reason as to why we’re running late so please bear with us…’

My appointment started 25 minutes late. A 30 min clean (£75) crammed into 15 minutes and hygienist was hesitant and unassisted, and did not have my notes..

The practice shows signs that 7 days a week is a day too much. The cuspidor (spit bowl) was not clean and it made me wonder where else they had cut corners. (It was quite clear later that the hygienist had not completed the clean.)

The dentist I saw recently and the hygienist were both new hires, so I have concerns the clinic has trouble keeping staff. Perhaps too corporate in its approach.

As I am leaving it sounds like receptionist is listening to YouTube on his phone.

I visited the Frinton dentist of the group. I had very bad toothache and they fitted me in straight away. Mary the receptionist was very sympathetic and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

I have had a fear of the dentist all my life (Long story!)
I’ve been going to this practice for a few years. I saw a new dentist for a check-up last week and cried before I even got in the chair. I’d written a note explaining why I’m so bad, which Tony, the dentist, read.
He IMMEDIATELY put me at ease. His kind, gentle manner is excellent! He explained what could be done for my teeth and took 3 impressions there and then!
Yesterday, I had 3 teeth taken out. I wasn’t nervous at all, as I’d mentioned my fears about injections in the gum…
When my mouth was numb, the teeth were out. I didn’t feel a thing, honestly. My daughter said it’s the best I’ve ever been (she always comes with me as she knows how bad I am)
I cannot recommend Tony and this practice highly enough, honestly! He has conquered a life-long fear of mine…he deserves a medal!!
All the staff are lovely here and there is always a lovely atmosphere too!
