Avoid this dropshipper or don't order if you need quickly
I ordered a product from this website because it said they had it "in stock." To most consumers that would mean that it was in stock in their warehouse. Unfortunately I discovered that Colorado Cyclist is just a dropshipper, meaning they don't control their inventory or shipping. They just turn around and order it from a different company. In this case, a product their website (and order confirmation email) said would arrive in a few days took almost two weeks

We ship from five warehouse locations across the U.S., which normally allows us to provide fast 1–3 day delivery nationwide. Unfortunately, we ran into a stock availability issue that caused a shipping delay.

Great price. Fast shipping - in theory. Would have been 5 stars but they used UPS to ship to my PO Box, which delayed the order by a few days and required me to contact UPS to sort it out. UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes, anyone who works in a shipping department should know that in the first hour of their first day of work in said department.
That said, I'm content and will be back, only using my physical address.

Overall very good. The one thing that I found extremely wasteful was shipping EACH individual tire in a 3' x3' cardboard box which could have held up to 6-8 tires. The rest of the items came on various days, just seamed a bit inefficient in terms of logistics. Never the less everything arrived as ordered and in good shape.

Neutral - one of our items arrived damaged in transit, perhaps due to poor packaging, trying to get response from a Colorado via a bot made returning item difficult. In the end felt it was not worth the time and effort. So I won’t be purchasing from Colorado again. If you live in or near their location I assume they are great.

Very disappointing experience with Colorado Cyclist. I placed an order for Wahoo Speedplay Cleat Covers on May 12th and, as of May 28th, I still have not received the product, any meaningful update, or a resolution. UPS has continued to reschedule delivery with no movement, and despite reaching out multiple times, customer service has been extremely unhelpful.
I spoke with a representative on Friday, May 22nd, and was assured someone would follow up with me regarding the issue. That never happened. Instead of proactively helping or offering a replacement, refund, or expedited solution, I was basically told to deal with UPS myself.
This has been especially frustrating because I needed these for an upcoming crit race, and the lack of urgency or concern for the customer experience has been disappointing. At this point, I still have no product and no refund for my $40.18 purchase.
I understand shipping delays happen, but good customer service means stepping in, communicating clearly, and helping your customers find solutions. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.
Based on this experience, I would not order from Colorado Cyclist again.
