Had a great onboarding session with Pauline, one thing I would have liked is for her to ask “what my preferred pronunciation of my name is?” It’s often mistaken by George (spelled with a G), my name is Jorge (Hor-Hey). I mentioned it to her but she kept referring to me as George. That’s one of my pet peeves, hate being called George.
Asides from that, she was wonderful and pleasant to speak to, she knows her stuff.

Shelby was incredibly helpful! She explained everything in the simplest terms and made the entire process easy to understand.
I previously paid an accountant a ridiculous amount of money to handle my business finances, and it seemed like every phone call required me to write another check. Everything was so cumbersome that I wasn’t even able to take full advantage of the deductions and opportunities available to keep more of my hard-earned money.
