Great service and excellent trainers. 4th pair and absolutely love them. Great quality and super comfortable.

I have purchased many new shoes from Colehann. I find the Gents range and designs very on trend and amazingly comfortable.
I have now convinced my Wife to buy them.

From the moment I visited the Cole Hann website to finally wearing the shoes, the entire experience has been outstanding. Everything was seamless, the quality exceeded my expectations, and the shoes look absolutely phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend the brand highly enough fantastic job, and thank you!

What lovely trainers! I bought the GrandPro All Day Courts, and they not only look cool and original, they are true to size and very comfortable - probably the most comfy shoes I’ve ever had.
Ordered direct from their UK website and they were delivered in a couple of days.
Next problem is deciding my next pair…

Love Cole Haan. Very good quality shoes, durable and super comfortable. I have been using CH for the last 20 years. I have over 40 pairs and I keep buying more. Never disappoints. I'm so pleased they have a UK online store. I don't have to wait to go to the US to get more shoes. I wish they also open a flagship store in the UK. Thank you guys!

I have been shopping from Cole Haan UK for three years, including personal and gifts for family. Their products quality never disappoints and their customer service is excellent, especially Bobby is super helpful.

I bought a shoes by mistake and I immediately emailed after I purchased it, and requested for refund and cancel the order, they don’t respond, so be careful, very hard to get hold of them

Great service ordered 2 new pairs of shoes, delivered quickly and love the quality and comfort.

I have been using Cole Haan for over ten years and found the service and comfort exceptional.
Will always stay with Cole Haan.

Item was delivered very quickly. Did send back as too big, but they were lovely quality, returns process simple to follow and free to return. Once again placed another order, once again quick delivery. Lovely, comfortable, good quality footwear.

Great shoes, super quality and fast delivery.. very happy with Cole Haan products..

The shoes we bought were excellent quality. They offer support for all foot arches and ankle infrastructure. These shoes are an excellent buy for those who want fashionable but robust footwear for either smart casual or work.

Very impressed: they are super comfortable and look great.

Effortlessly straightforward ordering & prompt, excellent delivery of high quality products.

Item: Men's ZERØGRAND Remastered Waterproof Hiking Boots

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with this pair of shoes, which I used for the first time today after purchase. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing footwear experiences I’ve had in recent years.

I purchased this shoe for two main reasons:

1. I already own two other formal shoes from your brand, which I continue to use. They are comfortable, well-made, and have reliable soles.
2. This model was marketed as a hiking shoe, yet with a less bulky design, making it suitable for semi-casual office wear as well.

However, my very first day of use was extremely poor. While commuting from home to my office in London, I slipped multiple times—on train platforms, tube stations, and wet pavements. For a shoe advertised as a hiking boot, this lack of traction in typical wet city conditions is completely unacceptable.

To be clear, this is not a low-cost product. I own several pairs of shoes from brands such as Merrell, Timberland, Salomon all of which perform far better in similar conditions. Even a non-specialist boot I own from “Boss” provides noticeably better grip than this pair. The point may be Merrell or Solomon specialize in hiking shoes, but here I am talking about city walk and not a rough hiking terrain. And point to be noted is brand like “Boss” is more of fashion brand doesn’t even qualify to be a specialized shoe maker. Also it’s not that I am using Cole Haan for the first time. This has been the most frustrating aspect of this experience.

Had this been an inexpensive £40 shoe, I might have been more forgiving. But given the price point and the way this product is marketed, its inability to handle basic wet urban walking conditions makes it feel like a complete waste of money.
I do not feel safe wearing this shoe and do not intend to use it again.
