Coinrabbit have alot of technical issues especially when market crashes and you get close to liquidation, issues transferring collateral in , issues with google authenticator , they have a very clunky way of taking out loans and paying back , have to send funds to various wallets different addresses , very time consuming and nothing like binance , they are not doxed either , the other issue is you can over collateralise loans when market dumps but you then cant take part of your collateral out when it goes up , you have to pay whole loan off , then you have to put in your external wallet address and wait for them to transfer out ( not just case of sending funds and getting immediate access to your crypto in wallet on coin rabbit , i have used them alot and been liquated alot , which is not their fault but just be aware when taking loans out its risky

Been using coinrabbit for awhile now. Loan process is very simple to use and quick. Had one issue getting a crypto off, but with help of Ollie it was quickly sorted. Would recommend them for anyone looking to use crypto for loans.

Great experience with Coinrabbit. Took 2 crypto loans. Any time I had an issue, their service team was quick to respond and resolve. When I paid off the first loan I had my crypto back in my wallet in a matter of minutes. Great service. Will use again in the future if I need a crypto loan.

Coinrabbit is the best way ever to get a very quick loan against crypto collateral. Take an hour to get a loan, very useful to buy a deep for example.

I'm amending my review. I was skeptical, testing, and experimenting right when the market went haywire. I knew this was something different since it seemed to be only effecting the ETF sites. However right in the middle of my experimentation, a 90% LTV loan (small but not really), crap happened. I left this review in a freak out mode trying to get someone to talk to me. I waited BS has I still have confidence in the BTC marketplace. I would like to say CoinRabbit's Customer Service is top notch. Probably one of the best I have ever received. They calmed me down. Worked with me and we got it correct. I would highly recommend their service. I have been proven wrong. I will use them in the future and continue today. I did leave a freak out review. This is an amendment. LOL. Again, they get 5 stars in my book. They calmed me down and we got it right. And yes I went into freak out. In conclusion, I knew I was testing and stuff. It just happened to be the wrong time. Pay attention to LTV. But, their Customer Service is probably the best I have ever encountered. Exceptional. I am won over. Thank you. Be patient y'all. Coinrabbit's been my go-to for crypto loans lately. It's pretty slick - quick setup, no fuss with papework. Simple and easy. I dig how I can use diff coins as collateral and pay back whenever. Sure, the interest rate isn't dirt cheap, but the flexibility makes up for it.

The only thing missing? A mobile app. Would live to check my loans on the go. Fingers crossed they'll add that soon! Overall, solid choice if you need fast crypto cash. Just remember it's still crulto - don't bet the farm!

I open up an account on 5th of June. I was getting text messages as usual. Then suddenly on the 11th I couldn't get any text messages allowing me to log into my account. So I got to run around for an entire week and they finally allowed me to have access to my account after I sent them some bnb dust. Now that I'm trying to withdraw some funds back to the wallet where I originally sent them the collateral for the loan I get several messages showing that it's complete and they will send me the money soon but I never get it and text they give a run around and a run around and a run around. Now I have to wait for technical support and what will probably another week of messages. I will be surprised if I ever get my money back from them though I won't stop trying but this is definitely a steer clear for me. I'll come back and update it if I actually get the funds back but if I don't this will be my last post up here until they do I've had this account since June 5th and since the 11th I've had to go back and forth in text messages for more than an hour every day with someone over either a login for last week and what looks to be probably a week of text messaging to try and get my funds back to my wallet where I gave them access to for the loan I will definitely be opening up another wallet and start rebuilding my coin from there this is outlandish

I've taken a couple of loans with BTC before, and these guys were awesome with helping me when rates dropped! I'm looking forward if they add a feature for repayment in any currency, that would save me a lot of time

Its when I got money

Once again - coinrabbit did me dirty. Without any explanation or notification they stopped allowing XDC tokens to be added to my loan. I kept trying - many many times - to no avail. This went on for WEEKS. This morning went to check the loan again and it was liquidated. They CLAIM they had started allowing XDC to be added to loans again but never notified me of that either - so there’s no proof. I just have to trust them. Feels to me like they froze me out just to set me up and steal my tokens. They just arbitrarily decide when you can and can’t top off a loan just to rip you off.

CoinRabbit is a shady company located in the Caribbean's, Saint Vincent and Grenadines. This company is not to be trusted. In my case, they liquidated multiple loans at a price $2-3 dollars above my margin call. Good luck with their customer service if something like this happens to you.

You will get liquidated at a price above your liquidation point and you will get the round around from their customer service and get multiple lame answers as to why you got liquidated at a rate above your margin call. In my case, their own market rate on their platform was $81.4, my margin call was $79.4.

If they reply to this message with a lame explanation, do not buy into it. I already got 4-5 different answers as to why my position got liquidated above my margin call. Every time I counter argued their lame excuse, I got another lame excuse. Like I said, their liquidation system is shady and will liquidate you above your margin call, so be warned if you decide to deal with this company.

You won't get any help from their customer service, this is a predatory company. I am in the process in beginning a lawsuit. Don't be like me, don't trust this company unless you want to be a victim to their shady practices like I was.

Most of these 5 star reviews are fake, dont fall for this company. I am out 30-50k because I trusted these reviews. After using CoinRabbit and their services/customer service. I can tell you its a scam.

-Keep in mind that the liquidation price CoinRabbit has listed on their market rate price is different than their "secret partners" for liquidation price. Essentially, they have a market rate chart that shows their liquidation prices. This chart is irrelevant because CoinRabbit has their "secret partners" that provide liquidation price. You will be kept in the dark what this number is and they can just make it up with no proof. Their alert system is a joke, I got alerted my loans were close to liquidation 1 hour after their system has liquidated me already. Everything about this company is shady/a scam.

At first, their argument was against USD but there was enough proof the price against USD didn't drop below $81 on any platform. Their market rate chart is consistent with USD exchange prices. Then, they switched to USDT but if it was USDT I should have been liquidated 3-4 times already. Their market rates has always been more consistent with USD. Once I added more collateral, thats when it got shady. If your account is overcollaterized, they will liquidate you above your margin call. They want your crypto.

It doesn't make a big difference either way. Read their terms and conditions. As soon as you give this company your crypto, they can keep it. You can send payment for your loan and they will keep your loan payment and crypto. They have no obligation to give you back your crypto. This is a scam company, their terms and conditions pretty much lets you know that. I trusted the reviews and overlooked the terms and conditions. Now I am out of my crypto. I am putting a lot of effort in this review so others won't make the same mistake and be out of their crypto as well. Remember the old saying, not your keys not your crypto.

This review supersedes my earlier 5 Star glowing review. Something has changed at Coin Rabbit and it is very concerning. The once amazing support team who used to go out of their way to be helpful has now gone away. The support now goes out of their way to be combative and generally unhelpful. My recent experience was frustrating in that the rep obviously was not listening and only giving responses that were formality and not a genuine response that at least acknowledged that it was heard. I asked for escalation and still nothing. The issue is with a liquidation that occurred yet I had sent and it was accepted, increased collateral but they now say the loan was in the process of being liquidated. No, it is either liquidated or not and if you accepted my deposit for the loan then the loan was not liquidated. They now said they will send back the collateral increase but won’t reinstate the loan. Seems off and the fact that support is ignoring my request and not taking the documentation I sent into any consideration and failing to have a discussion on the merits of the request and instead just dismiss the customer/ very disappointing and a red flag for me for sure.
