I enjoyed the Advanced SQL Course and thought it was a great building block after taking the intro class. It's worth your time if you're looking to go a layer deeper and continue building SQL skills!

Very accessible course for people with…
Very accessible course for people with little to no previous SQL experience. Course is structured nicely, with weekly sessions followed by homework exercises and case-based assignments. Particularly wanted to highlight the quality of the instructors who managed to clearly convey abstract (and sometimes dry) concepts with a healthy amount of humor! Would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to pivot into a (more) data-oriented role or simply wants to know more about SQL.

Great SQL course & facilitator experience
I did an SQL course with Cognitas and I learnt a lot from the experience. Having had no experience whatsoever with the topic, the content was challenging but the facilitators did a great job guiding us through the course. Definitely recommend.

Comprehensive and step by step
I enrolled in a course for SQL. This was perfect for beginner with a very step by step approach mixing theory and practical exercises. I would recommend.

A human approach to teaching and coaching analytics & technology. I particularly appreciated the case-based assignments and interactive sessions! Ties and Max also related the content to a job/career setting (such as skill-based job interviews or strategy applications) making it an extremely useful for any professional.

Highly recommended
I found the course to be demanding but it allowed me to learn sequel from scratch to a level that I am able to pull data and run analysis at work.
Ties and Max both kept an incredibly motivating energy throughout the classes.

Great course that sticks
Fantastic course! I’ve taken part in different virtual courses in the past and can say that not only is this great from a content and experience perspective but I’ve found the skills I learned have really sunk in and been helpful in my day to day. The presenters know there stuff and teach in a way that makes the subject matter real.

Did a course back in 2020 in-person on…
Did a course back in 2020 in-person on SQL. Learned very well how to work with SQL, thanks to the great instructors. Nowadays, I’m daily using what I’ve learned which helped me progress in my career. I’m working in a big tech firm and it’s greatly appreciated.
Instructors are patient and know to explain all ins and outs. Recommended for sure.

Best thing I did in 2022 so far
I really enjoyed the sessions with Max&Ties.
They were very approachable and it was easy to follow, even the sometimes challenging content. I have learned much more than I expected about SQL.
The case studies we went through to repeat and deepen the content were phenomenal.
The humor of both of them led to a very relaxed learning atmosphere.

Great course to learn SQL fundamentals
I highly recommend the course to learn the fundamentals of SQL from scratch. I particularly enjoyed the chance to practice with business-relevant exercises.

Very insightful course
Very insightful course, the instructors start from the basics and talk you through more complex topics whilst you do exercises that replicate real-life scenarios. Additional benefit is the nice group of people you work with over the course of the training - would definitely recommend!
