Its cheapest Tassimo coffee pods suppliers in UK .I have been using this site from past 2years . never had issue with order or delivery. Only thing is that you can buy bundle of 5 packs ,I feel sometimes,they should give more options to their customers to choose 5 packs. Mix and match blend would be a great deal.

My order was placed late Saturday morning and delivered on Sunday, less than 24 hours later, so thank you to Coffee Supplies Direct and Royal Mail for really speedy service - i’d fully expected Monday dispatch and Tuesday delivery. Five Stars!

Fantastic experience as a first time buyer from this company especially Emilia! I initially sent an enquiry regarding expiry dates and had an extremely fast response. My order was dispatched very quickly but unfortunately Royal mail lost it. I needed this order quickly for my small business so I was a bit stressed. After a few days or realising it was stuck somewhere, Emilia then helped me by sending a replacement out which arrived the next day. I appreciated this so much as I know a lot of companies would not have done this until the original parcel was located.
I will order from here every time I need this product, thank you! :D

NO TRACKING UPDATE, NO CONTACT AT ALL. I HAD NO INDICATION IF MY ORDER WAS ACTUALLY RECEIVED OR DISPATCHED. THOUGH DELIGHTED WITH MY ORDER , DISAPPOINTED WITH LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

I ordered a coffee where product was faulty- the bags were damaged. I have send 2 images. But 9 coffee bags were damaged. Customer support told me to go to manufacturing with all the 9 images. Sorry to say such bad customer service arguing about 12 pounds for 3 weeks. I am disputing with my bank and never will go to buy from them again.. Completely not customer centric

Good communication from Coffee Supplies Direct, to reply to my query about best before dates (18 months on the Tiziano Bonini).

Ordered, and dispatch notification received 24 mins after ordering. Order arrived less than 24hrs after ordering, so thanks to Royal Mail too.

Coffee is great, prices are good, and should you incur p&p, I think that's very reasonable for the size of box that I'm usually ordering. Although I was able to buy in bulk this time, due to the long dated products.
