What has happened?
The last order placed the coffee pods were £85 (Feb 26), now for the same items / quantities it is somehow £110 (reduced from £140), in a short space of time it is a mighty hike in price, previously everything was great, but now the price is way too high

Absolutely the best company on the internet,not only do you get next day delivery but,if you have a problem with any product, they go the extra mile to resolve the issue.
Their products are the best quality and priced for great value for money.
I will never go anywhere else for my coffee supplies again, this is my go to company now, and I recommend you give them a try because I don't think you'll be disappointed.

First and last time using this company
First and no doubt last time I’ll be using this company. I ordered skimmed. 12 x 500ml of skimmed milk. What do I receive ? 12 x 1 LITRE cartons of semi skimmed that are of no use to me. I’ve been in touch with customer services and still waiting for a return label. Very slow process and one I don’t have time or the inclining to wait around for. I work long shifts and dont have the time for this. So now im giving this milk away to those that need it.
Not very professional and responses/resolutions ( still waiting )
are not helpful and time efficient

Placed an order
Placed an order. Received long life milk with very short date. All the way through I got the impression that it was my fault!
I sent photographs of the cartons and dates.I know from previous replies on trust pilot they have their procedures, but returning 11 cartons of milk was probably always going to go wrong...it did. No refund.
Maybe someone needs to step back and look at their customer service procedures for when things go wrong.

We did offer a free return for the items, and our customer service team followed our internal procedures while assisting you throughout. Unfortunately, the parcel was damaged during transit and returned back to you by the courier, so we did not receive the items as expected.
We sincerely apologise that this led to a poor experience and that you felt at any point this was your fault- this is not the impression we want to give.
Please note that a full refund has now been issued, even without the items being returned to us.

Stumbled across this site on Google looking for Nairn biscuits and ended up picking up a few other things. Brilliant service - shipped next day delivery within 24 hours and packaged well with great prices to boot. I'll be back.

Great Experience
Great experience. My go to supplier for Tassimo pods and I find the website easy to navigate and order from. I had a slightly weird experience when Royal Mail were striking but this was back in 2023 and I’ve ordered several batches of pods since then and no problems whatsoever with delivery being very quick and the coffee is always packed very well. The prices are extremely competitive and I’ve had no issues with items being out of stock so all good really. There’s a good reason why they are rated 4.9.

Easy ordering and best price on the internet. Customer service replied quickly to a query I had. Considering I ordered late on Saturday evening my goods were despatched on Sunday and delivered via Royal Mail on Tuesday. Kept up to date re tracking. Most impressed and will definitely re order my coffee from them again. Huge thanks for a first class service.
