I had lost my returns label as my email is on the blink. I messaged Coast via Apple messaging and within 30 minutes I had a lovely cheery response with my label sent directly via message also. Great service.

Ordered a suit but unfortunately the jacket had a different size tag to what was actually on the jacket. Messaged as no phone number and I got a quick response . From Alvin who looked into this , Abby who told me how to return and would get a new jacket sent once I sent a copy of return , Ronald who has resent a new jacket same day as my return with fasted delivery (as I may want it for a party at the end of the week) and Theresa who asked if needed anything else not to hesitate to contact . Great service and thank you to these very helpful people .

I ordered two dresses for a wedding we are attending at the end of the week. I paid for next day delivery to me here in County Offaly Ireland and unfortunately they got delayed. I just want to thank Christina in particular for her help, I have received them in time! Excellent customer service, which is so appreciated these days.

I was having a real problem trying to return an item to Coast. Long story serial number not matching. Frankie from customer services got it sorted very quickly so thank you you’re a star.

I recently bought a dress for my wedding which, unfortunately, the courier lost in transit. Normally I would have had to wait several days before the customer service team at Coast would be in a position look into it and arrange a refund or a replacement, but I couldn't afford to wait as my wedding was the week after and there was limited stock in my size. Fortunately, Patricia F in customer care decided to send me another one straight away which not only put my mind at rest, but also saved the day as it turned out to be the last one in my size. Thanks so much Patricia. You are a star!

I had an issue with the dress I ordered a while ago and I complained about it and the customer service person that attended to me nimat was very pleasant and was able to solve my problem.

Ordered my wedding dress on 17.8.22 still waiting for it to arrive, I have the confirmation number and that the order has been placed successfully, the money was taken out of my account on 18.8.22, using there customer service Resolver to find out what is happening, everything seemed okay until this morning when they are wanting digits from my bank card, I have lost £140 already and am not willing to risk them taking more money from me, totally and absolutely disappointed, the website looks okay for coast dress's which I have usually bought from shops, please be wary of this company, I feel I have given resolver enough information already, really disappointed with this.

I reported a problem recently with a return and I found it difficult initially to get a response from Coast, however, when they made contact my issue was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Thank you Coast.

Contacted the customer service regarding a return through both their form from website and email. Never received an answer. Customer service is non-existent.

Thank you for the disappointing experience. 1st and last time ordering from here. Don't recommend.
