At a loss as to how this could be improved. The pick-up and drop off of co2 is brilliant because it saves you from ending up with a collection of empties and ensures you never run out. Honestly perfect.

Excellent service, and outstanding customer service. I sent a query in the evening and (unexpectedly) got a very helpful reply within an hour. My issue has been swiftly resolved. Very happy.

The Customer Service is second to none. The operators are so helpful and friendly and never have a "rushed/impatient " feel to them. It feels as though you are the only person that is important and that they have all the time in the world for you.

I've been. Using the Co2 refill service for a few months now as. It's brilliant! Our gas refills arrive just in time for us running out. I'm on the 4 month plan and the price is unmatchable for gas canisters! So simple and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone who uses gas refills...

The products and service offered by CO2 YOU are absolutely fantastic. And this is backed up by the most wonderful customer service I have experienced from any online business. This is a fantastically run business, 100% recommended.

On my last 2 order the gas has run out very quickly. They are clearly not filled as I'm not using more than I would normally use them.

They are incomparably better than most other co2 suppliers in the UK market, who were by-and-large total pirates, with good customer service and internet tools. The only reason for the four stars is that they do still tie you into renewing your canisters at set intervals rather than as and when, which is wasteful and a bit annoying.

This Company is a life saver. They have rescued me from the evil, money grabbing tyranny of Quooker!! (The exact same cylinder is twice what the wonderful CO2 YOU charge!) The deliver service with DPD is really well thought throu and planned, with great comms before and after. All my interactions over the last 2 yrs with the staff have been great, super efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
