Charing corner set plus covers
I recently ordered a Charing corner set with table and stools.
I placed order on Friday and received all in perfect condition on the following Wednesday.
Everything about this set is perfect.
From the back cushions being buttoned, a rely nice touch to the straight forward assembly that does require 2 people
All came compact in 1 large box on a pallet.
I would strongly advise that the purchase of covers are strongly emphasize as they are not your run of the mill covers but Custom made to fit perfectly.
I doubt anybody could find better quality Rattan anywhere else.
Excellent Company to deal with
Excellent Quality furniture
Excellent Delivery including phone call day before and on the day
5 star
Thank you for making our summer something to look forward to.

Sicily Range large sofa set
I ordered the Sicily Range large sofa set. Delivery was very prompt, when we unboxed it we discovered 3 legs were damaged on the sofa during transit. I contacted Club Rattan and they were very apologetic. The courier company came to collect the damaged sofa and a new sofa was delivered a few days later. I was kept informed throughout the process. Excellent customer service and excellent quality furniture 5 ⭐️

Worst Delivery Service - STILL NO PRODUCT
ordered set for the 3-9 day delivery,
Given delivery date, took time off work, depot "lost" 2 pallets
Next day delivery made for today
Just been informed they are 60 pallets behind
We have family over this weekend for an event, with no furniture
Do not order if you expect to receive this item on time
Paid over thousand pound 2 weeks ago, with no delivery date still.

Dear Lauren ,
We are sorry to hear such a harsh review despite our efforts. We understand the difficulties you have faced, and we would like to clarify a few points.
Our delivery times are 3-9 working days, as clearly stated when the order was placed. Our customer service team is available during business hours, Monday through Friday. However, we would like to emphasize that we have been in contact with you outside of standard business hours and on weekends, striving to provide responses as quickly as possible.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, but we would like to highlight that they are due to factors beyond our control. Despite this, we have made every effort to ensure that the order is fulfilled as quickly as possible, to the best of our ability.
We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience caused. We hope you are satisfied with your product and believe that you deserve a better review. We wish you all the best.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication - Waited the allotted dispatch time and still no emails or contact from the company. No way to call them and takes days to respond to emails or their contact us form. Just want an email to say the garden furniture will be dispatched on XX date or it's delayed - only response received was wait longer. Not good waiting so long.
Update: Thanks for your response - But like the title of my review it's about lack of communication. A simple email of your item will be shipped on X date than no communication at all. We haven't received any dispatch email or notification so are still waiting again over your expected time frame, even though you promised it would be dispatched yesterday.

Thank you for your understanding.
Hi again ,
We understand your frustration, and we're sorry to hear you feel let down. However, we would like to kindly clarify that we have sent dispatch and order update emails to the email address provided during your purchase.
We have already apologized for the waiting time and asked for your patience while your order is processed. As of now, your order is in transit, and you can expect to be contacted by the delivery company once the parcel arrives at a local depot near you.
We also want to highlight that we respond to all emails within a maximum of 24 hours, and we're always here to help resolve any concerns.

I recently purchased the Harmony Sofa Corner set from Club Rattan , and I’m absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. The sofa set is not only beautifully designed but also incredibly comfortable and well-built. It adds a stylish and modern touch to my garden space and has already become the centerpiece of many relaxing evenings with family and friends.
