Club Rattan - Furniture for Outdoor Living Anmeldelser

Good value product. Solid construction and fast free delivery

Arrived no problem

However the table atm is not currently constructed as the instructions given are for 4 separate pieces but 2 of ours are stuck inside each other.

Rang awaiting further instructions and told to email a photo of it. Just awaiting to have a reply.

More stars will be given once we've had a reply

Brought my Patio Furniture in lockdown and it still in fantastic condition, I would recommend Club Rattan 💯, they go above and beyond to assist you. I would have no hesitation to purchase from them again very satisfied customer Christina Cowie

Great company. Quick delivery. A really nice balcony sofa

I've ordered replacement cushion covers for my Harmony Rattan Corner set in Grey. Can't fault the material and they all fit so well. A great price of £100 to replace all the covers. Looks like new! Thank you.

Great looking quality Isobella Corner suite with rise & fall table and stools.
Arrived in boxes on a pallet in just a week, sooner than expected.
Only slight problem was one stool and two cushions missing, but rectified with a couple of weeks with replacements sent.
Nice tight fitting made to measure cover also looks good quality.
Highly recommended 👍😉

Had this set for 8 years, still looks great, decided to replace the covers , Club rattan were sorted it, really helpful, thank you. Ian.

Great communication and quick delivery

Great customer service and beautiful garden sofa. My queries were answered promptly by very helpful staff.

Excellent service and was delivered just over a week once I orderer my covers. The covers are more than I expected with one slight fault, that one tie tap was lose which was not worth sending back and I repaired it myself. I highly recommend the products as they are brilliant quality of material used, which you tell with weight of them.

The reason for my score is because the item took a long time to arrive and had to get in touch to find out why

Delivery of furniture was first class, it was well packaged and secured on a pallet.
The furniture appears to be of good quality and robust.
Value for money was excellent.
The only criticism, was the tools and instructions supplied for the recliner chair, were indeed abysmal. The instructions need to be significantly improved as to the Allan keys that were supplied.
On another plus, the rain covers purchased with the furniture are incredibly robust and brightly coloured.
Overall I would be more than willing to shop with Club Rattan again.

Item delivered promptly and as described.

Fantastic

Great customer service. Highly recommend using this company. Excellent shopping experience. Free delivery was an added bonus. I will definitely buy from them again.

We bought from Club Rattan based on reviews and so far aren't disappointed! We bought the Harmony RH corner set with rising fire pit table; Communication pre sale was good, delivery was within stated time and courier contacted us the day before delivery to arrange. The furniture was very well packaged and secure. Built the furniture today and very impressed with the quality of it all. Some assembly is required, and instructions aren't much help! Just need some common sense to work it out , it didn't take us too long, a couple of hours max. It will need two people to assemble as it is quite heavy. We looked at many different Rattan furniture sites- some prices were a bit cheaper, but had a few issues on reviews. We looked in garden centres too, the quality was probably better but the price was out of our range. Club Rattan had what we wanted, the price was good and the reviews were all really good. So we took a chance. Very pleased with the furniture and the cushions are really thick and comfortable. My wife's hard to please, but even she is impressed with it!! Haven't tried the firepit yet, need to get a gas bottle, it is only February! I'll update the review when we get to use it! If your are undecided on buying, I really don't think you'll be disappointed with Club Rattans furniture. This set is perfect for our needs and hopefully will give us many years of good usage. One big bonus is the rain cover - i wasn't expecting this to be too good, but it really is!! Very good heavy material, so unlikely to blow away if secured with the buckles! and tie straps. And, it's separate covers for the firepit and the corner set meaning it's unlikely to sag and collect rain in it. Also has breathing vents in it. Very impressed for the price!

Received much later than delivery date. But daughter loves her mattress. Thank you

good value for money and looks nice,Dont know how it will wear as its not summer yet but hopefully should be good
