Scam. Pretend to be a UK based company - renting some box room for formality in London on anothers company name. Actual company based in China. Received shoes aka Temu quality crap and requested to have a return address straight away , no way it’s north £20.
Sellers replied back that item need to be sent to US or china, absolute joke. Will just report them to trading standards, they should be banned for selling items in Uk

Total scam. They are pretending to be in UK. Paid for expedited delivery same day despatch. Only realised it was a scam when no despatch email arrived. After further digging found out item was coming from china. If I wanted cheap imported crap I'd have bought from temu. Hopefully will manage to get money back through PayPal.

UPDATE: the company has since refunded me. However the fact remains that they charged additional money for expedited shipping knowing full well they were shipping from China and not UK. The website is deliberately misleading and implies stock is in the UK and not simply drop shopped from a Chinese supplier like temu, Shein or any of these other cheap companies.

Same as others.. ordered believing this was a UK company as UK address... ordered 2 pairs for my Grandsons, arrived after 1 Grandson went home (lives overseas) and totally the wrong sizes. Received same offer as others which I will not accept, awaiting reply now. If they won't refund my almost £48.00 hard earned pounds then I will be straight off to Trading Standards.. Order Number #C325271S. If they want to masquerade as a British company they will have to pay the price....they did not fulfil their contract, the onus is on the company...

What a shame.
Waited ages.
Wrong sizes arrived ( I ordered for me & my daughters).
Judging by the reviews I doubt my issues will be resolved.

If I could give this company zero rating I would, I purchased a pair of sandles, like most of these reviews after checking their registered address, which is London with a uk contact number I paid £23.99 for a pair of sandles that came from China, thank god I only ordered 1 pair, the sizing was advertised as uk sizing, so I ordered 6.5, the sandles have arrive and they are cheap foam like seaside flipflops, they say size 41 which is a uk 7.5 so 1 size bigger than I wanted.
Ive contacted them for a refund and have been told it will cost me more to post them back but they will send me another crappy pair that dont fit are cheap to look at, no doubt will damage my feet and cost 4 times what they are worth, plus I will have to pay the shipping for them. I cant understand why they are still registered with the uk, surely trading standards should have picked this company up with the complaints alone. Heres my order number C325037S, just so you dont ask, no doubt i will get a nonsense reply that matches all the ones everyone else received.
I have just received an email from Clouds Slides offering me a full refund BUT I have got to pay for the return shipping to HongKong, and My refund will not be given until the item has arrived, which is a joke as they are trading under a UK address as per their website, and anyone trading within the UK has to abide by the Cuonsumer Act 2015 which states that misdescription of an item e.g wrong size is considered a breech of contract and thetefore the buyer is entitled to a full refund including postage costs, and the retailer, this being Clouds Slides is responsible for covering the costs, as this is who you have paid and your contract is with.
UPDATE was told several times that I had been given a full refund and would I remove this review, no I definately will not remove this review. Didnt receive the refund so opened a case with paypal and they refunded me. Terrible shop avoid at all costs.

Received my order approximately a week after it was placed, very happy with the sliders, I was able to track the parcel from start to finish. First time order

I bought some sandals before reading the reviews - silly me. As a lot of people mention, the quality is awful, using cheap and nasty materials that look like they have been put together by a two year old using prit stick! Not even cut and sealed properly - just tacky and I probably won't wear them. Total waste of my money!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this website. It is a complete scam. Ordered some sliders - they took weeks to arrive as the company is based in China. The wrong size was sent - when I tried to exchange the the sliders they told me I had to pay for the shipping back to China. When I refused to do this, they then told me that in fact I had been sent the right size - “sizing varies” and again refused to send me the size I ordered without me paying for shipping. On the bottom of the sliders it clearly states the size is 5-6 when I ordered 4-5. Complete scam and terrible customer service.

I recently ordered a pair of light shoes for my child 6yo. Yes it took 2 weeks to arrive but the quality of shoes is great , you can’t find them in the UK. They are light , breathable and unique in shape. I am happy.

Ordered pair in February which I've still not received. Clearly a scam website. I made a claim with my bank to get my money back to which they've chosen to dispute.madness

7 months and still waiting for them to sort out a undelivered parcel they keep saying I've had.

All the bad reviews are spot on!
The slippers I received were not as described to say the least! It is some cheap fabric stretched over rubber soles with zero cushioning! Also, not only the size is wrong, one slipper feels smaller than the other! Also the slippers stink of some chemicals or glue - disgusting!
When I got in touch with their customer service, they said I would need to send these so-called slippers to China at my own cost although the address they provide on the website is in London, but probably does not even exist!
I have to get my money back through my bank now.
Avoid these scammers and don't waste your money!!

Absolutely appalling customer service if you need to return anything you have to pay for a return to China or the USA!!!
The quality of the Sandles are terrible.
Feels like I’ve been totally ripped off.

Absolute rubbish slippers - Chinese tat at it’s finest. Poorly made, awful material and not correct size. 5* website to lure you in with plenty of made up 5* reviews - angry with myself for falling for it😡

What a joke of a company received my flip flops wrong size sent. Also very cheap looking and sent from china.
Paid £20 reckoned they were half price and should have £40, seen same ones one Shein for £3-99. And they’re not even worth that
Wanted me to pay shipping back to china thought they’d beat me but I went to PayPal and got my money back in full, which they said I wouldn’t get… I guess I win..

Absolutely shocking quality. Cheap and nasty and wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Complete waste of money!

Think I’ve been scammed by this company. Ordered a pair of flip flops a week ago. Then got an email saying they have been shipped but the tracking doesn’t give you any information. You have to pay to download a tracking app which absolutely not going to do. Am cross with myself for not checking out this company first. I thought it was a UK company then soon realised the goods are shipped from china. Not expecting these goods to arrive. That’s £23 lost….. a lesson learned.

I wish id checked out trustpilot before ordering. I'd give 0 stars if I could. It's been weeks and my order has not arrived. I've asked for a refund and they have said it will take time and that I have to keep following up. At this point I have doubts I will even get my money back. It makes out its a UK company but its not its from China. The reviews on their own website must be fake ones.

Ordered some slippers as a treat for my birthday! They aren’t particularly cheap for slippers but thought i would try more expensive ones as my cheap slippers don’t last! (obviously) When they came I was so excited but then tried them and they’re a tight fit and the slipper looked like it was coming away from the sole! so I have been trying to sort out a new pair or refund! And kindly they offered to send me a new pair but the catch is I had to pay for delivery.. which is fine but £17!!!!! They are having a giggle the slipper cost me over £20!!!!

As I wasn’t happy with this they are now saying I can send them back to china to get a refund but I’ll still have to pay shipping and knowing my luck the bloody slippers will get lost!!! They have since offered me a 20% refund which would mean I get £5 back and to keep the slippers that don’t fit and aren’t best quality!

The communication with customer service is so hit and miss it can take hours for a reply! My complaint with them has been going on for 2 days now!!!!
Don’t recommend at all.
