It was easy to choose which straightener to buy from the Cloud Nine website, as the information for each model was straightforward and informative. These are more expensive than other straighteners but the product and customer care has been worth it. So far, so good.

Not impressed. Had a previous set of Cloud Nines for years and loved them. This new set stopped working after just a few months (loose connection, can see that others have had the same issue) and instead of just replacing them, I had to send them away to be repaired. So I had no straighteners for over 2 weeks and who knows if they’ll go wrong again. Poor service for an expensive product. Will be going back to another brand.

Excellent warranty claims process on my three year old beloved hair straightener through extended warranty. All resolved within a week!

Sehr enttäuschend – bis heute keine Ware!

Ich habe am 23. August eine Schultasche für meine Tochter bestellt. Beim Kauf wurde der Artikel als verfügbar angezeigt – von einem Backorder oder einer Lieferzeit bis Mitte September war für mich nichts ersichtlich.

Wochen später ist die Tasche immer noch nicht da. Erst auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, der Artikel sei angeblich bereits bei der Bestellung als Backorder gekennzeichnet gewesen. Das entspricht nicht dem, was mir beim Kauf angezeigt wurde.

Hätte ich gewusst, dass die Tasche wochenlang nicht geliefert werden kann, hätte ich sie niemals bestellt.

Bis heute: keine Tasche, keine Versandbestätigung und keine Sendungsnummer.

Für mich eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung und keine transparente Kommunikation über die tatsächliche Verfügbarkeit der Ware.

I’m not convinced. Not up to par with my old GHDs. Hair doesn’t seem as glossy and very fly away after using my new cloud nine straightener.

Sent my broken straighteners off to be looked at, less than a week a new pair was delivered to me.

I’m still waiting for my product to arrive. The delivery company have lost my product and I’ve not heard what’s happening. Very disappointed. Wish I’d just gone to a shop to purchase.
