If there was a rating below 1 star I would have chose it! Placed my order on February 24… it’s now March 31 and still they won’t tell me where my order is. When you try and track your order it says the same thing every 2 days

“ Your shipment is in transit. Thanks for your waiting.”

On March 4th it was in Chicago and it only has to make it to Denver. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR MORE IMPORTANTLY YOUR TIME ordering from this website.

I found this shirt fairly comfortable and decent in quality with clear printing that stays intact after washing. The material felt soft enough, though a bit thicker fabric would enhance durability. Overall, met my expectations but offering a wider range of sizes might improve the shopping experience.

I orded a Elvis shirt & matching pants Dec 26th 2024. From a Western Store. Had a USA fag on site. I still not have received it. Stating it's still in transit could be another 27 days. OMG THIS IS VERY SAD. It was $60.95 total but they changed me $80.95 when shipping was to be free. Today is 1-22-25 orded 12-26-24. Dang Temu comes from China n don't take this long. Started in Shenzhen on 12-26-24. Arrived in China 12-31-24. Now just says in transit thanks for waiting.

The shirt and vest are fantastic! The material is super comfortable, doesn't shrink in the wash, and retains its vibrant color. As for the prints, they are clearly visible and haven't cracked at all. These items have excellent quality, definitely worth every penny. Would 100% recommend purchasing.

The delivery was quick and smooth, with the package arriving much earlier than expected. The clothing came in perfect condition and was neatly folded. I truly appreciate the efficient shipping method. Impressed by the service, would buy from them again. Good job!

I purchased one of their shirts on facebook. They over charged me $10. Took weeks to get that resolved. Shirt arrived after one month. The shirt was a piece of crap. I contacted them and they offered a $2 refund. I repeated over thirty times that the shirt was advertised as a sweatshirt with elbow patches. This shirt was some kind of thin polyester and the elbow patches were printed brown circles. Now patches at all. This constant eating back and forth was just a way of wasting time. Ultimately they refunded $12 and I threw the shirt in the trash.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

Have not received product (2 months), seems to be stuck in New Jersey last available tracking info, and there has been no reply from email inquires. Buyer beware

Community communicated with company regarding returning product and getting refund received no reply. Product is actually shipped from China and has no appropriate labeling as to material content or origin. Haven't bothered to try them on as it took 4 weeks to arrive and I'm disgusted by the high price and low quality. Do yourself a favor stay away from this company. They appear to have a front or something that indicates the shipping is from a certain country as mine indicated from Italy I see others in reviews that say Norway. It's their workaround so people don't know it's China. My t- shirts are some sort of synthetic material with not a thread of cotton. I purchased a hat which is just shy of being a plastic toy hat. Garbage products, garbage company

What trash clothing. I ordered a t-shirt that said made in the USA, which it was not! It's made in China shipped through the Netherlands and took 3 weeks. The polyester t-shirt was that cheapy low quality poly and the decal on the front is a cheap plastic sticker material! Bad all the way around!!

What a racket. They take your $$, and never send product. Liars and thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SH!TTY COMPANY

The price listed ended up way higher by the time I was paying. It took 3 weeks to come from Norway! The t-shirt material was flimsy. The picture wasn't even screen printed. It was a stiff iron-on! Yeah, don't think.any moneynis going to Harris-Walz which is false advertising! Definitely not worth the time or money! Looking at it like a lesson learned to not buy from Facebook ads!

They give good tracking information, the items I received were of good quality. I had a problem with the items I bought. I bought a cap, shirt and sneakers. I only received the cap and shirt. When I contacted them, I was told the tracking showed a delivery in my mailbox. I questioned the weight of the package and requested a refund. I sent all my contact and tracking information, in addition, I only purchase online items via PayPal. They refunded my purchase, but it was less than I purchase, I sent a email showing my receipt and requested the entire refund amount, and they sent the rest of my money. I suggest you save all your communications with them and use a secure payment method.

It took a month to get my order and the quality was unacceptable. The screen was blurred and the quality of the shirts were subpar. Please do not order!!! Also didn't know this was an international order. There is no return information available. I lost on this deal!!!

I had no idea this order would come from outside of the US. It came from Spain. I ordered on Sept 4, it arrived on Sept 25 and the quality was immediately a problem.

6 of the items are not wearable, made of hideous slick fabric, not as presented on the website. Customer service is giving me the runaround.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I seriously doubt any of the funds are going toward the Harris/Walz campaign as well.

DO NOT ORDER!! My shirt never arrived. The company gave me 2 different tracking numbers. One from Spain and the other from China. It’s been over a month. They claim it was delivered and I need to take it up with USPS. They took my money and I have no shirt.

Sending back the goods costs you 50+ Euro.

Over a month ago, I placed an order for two caps. Yesterday I got the notice that it had been delivered, but not to me. The company won't tell me what the shipping label looks like and the Post Office just says it was delivered. This company might be a scam and I am worried that I wasted my money.

Ordered five tees and a sweatshirt. The product arrived later than I expected but the company sent updates often. The quality of the merchandise was very good, the graphics and colors were just as expected. The cost of the product was very reasonable considering the quality.

Clothsecret also known as MTWOEN Co. LTD. is a 'bait-and-switch' scam operation.
The merchandise I ordered has been returned because it was faulty merchandise; t-shirts with poor graphics.
I sincerely hope that PayPal stops doing business with this company because they are a scam!
It cost me $61.85 to place an order for 2 t-shirts. I requested to be refunded $49.48 (total cost less shipping) on the same day the merchandise was delivered. The only offer 2 weeks after the delivery date to return merchandise, and you have to contact them for the return address. They would not provide a return address and when they finally did, the address was missing the zip code, and it was a China address.
When they finally agreed to the refund, they did so only after PayPal got involved.
Although they admitted to having multiple warehouses all over the world, the merchandise would only be accepted with a return to China; even though the merchandise was shipped from Chicago, IL.
Shipment back to China cost $30.55. Once all the total costs are taken into consideration, my true refund amount will be $6.68.
$61.85 - ($49.58) = $12.27 that I paid for shipping the item to me.
So That's $12.27 initial shipping + $30.55 shipping to return the merchandise to China = $42.82.
They have agreed to refund $49.58 - $42.82 (total shipping cost) = $6.68.
The merchandise is in its original condition, which means they can and probably will resell the merchandise.
So, I've essentially paid more than $40 in shipping cost for less than satisfactory merchandise.
This company gives zero consideration for its customers! They know they ship merchandise overseas, so why is there no consideration for overseas orders; especially when there are warehouses in the U.S.?
They make returning items a hassle because they know most people will not go through the steps of returning the merchandise overseas. So, it's a win-win for the company. If the customer returns the merchandise, the customer pays excessive costs on shipping and basically gets nothing, but the company gets their merchandise back to resell at the customer's expense.
Clothsecret has an extremely dishonorable way to do business!!!
