Ordered over 4 weeks ago still no delivery. They keep sending me tracking info but the "package" never moves!

I'm still waiting after a month for Charlie clothing. Looks like it's coming from Italy. I believe it's a scam!! They keep sending me tracking updates, but it's not moving. Total regret!! They take advantage of ppl's emotions.

Do not order anything from this company! I ordered several shirts, both patriotic and Charlie Kirk shirts. I finally received one and it was a disaster. Strings coming out, crooked stitching. It looks like a three-year-old stitched it. The other five items I ordered have never come. I have been emailing back-and-forth with the company. They wanted to give me a three dollar compensation for the shirt That is defective. I replied that I would not take that compensation then they increased to six dollars then they increased to eight dollars. Then they tell me it’s going to be very expensive for me to return the shirt and I said the shirt is defective. I’m not paying for the return that is the responsibility of the company. I have told them I want a full refund. I have sent pictures of my orders that I have never received and I have asked for a full refund for those as well and they just keep sending me bogus replies in emails. They haven’t even acknowledged that I have items that have never arrived. They only reply about the red polo shirt that I received that is defective. I have sent pictures of everything.I am sure they just keep replying with stupid answers hoping I will get tired and quit trying. I will not.I am reporting fraud to my credit card company. Do not trust this company do not ever order from this company. I will only be ordering from American companies moving forward.

Bought a couple of shirts. Took about 4 weeks to get them. They shirts are a large and we ordered 2XL. I paid extra for expedited shipping. They have no tags on the shirt and the shirts are missing letters. Had to file a complaint with my bank because they refuse to give me my money back. They offered me $9 and said I can pay to ship them back. Now they tell me I never ordered anything. Be aware of this company. They have wearfreedomproudly as well and they do the same thing but lie and say it’s coming from Arizona.

Took months to receive a jacket I ordered. When I did finally receive it, the jacket barely looked like what I ordered and the quality was the worst I have ever seen.

I wish I saw this sight before ordering!! My red sweatshirt took 3 weeks to get and it’s an orange color not the nice red shown in ad. Won’t be ordering from them again!!

I ordered 2 shirts from them. I received 2 but they were not what was shown on the website. I am trying to return them to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. emails back and forth....total scam FROM CHINA

I’d give them a zero if I could! Took 3 weeks to get a sweatshirt and what I got was NOT what was advertised nor a sweatshirt nor was it a distressed! Color was bright blue not the denim look at all! Currently trying to go through them to resolve. Will update if I am successful.

Bought 2 Charlie Kirk shirts. Charged me extra, after the sale, took 3 weeks to get shirts and they are garbage quality. Returns and refunds are not an option and I’m currently being ghosted. Also, company said this was coming from Ireland, which I thought odd and when my tracking info came I saw the shirts were shipping from some BS China address. As soon as I saw that I knew there would be micro plastic garbage delivered in the form of a T-shirt and I was not let down. You would get better quality and service from Temu - to give you an example of what you will be purchasing from this company. A complete rip off. Also, card hacked after purchase.

Absolute scam, do not buy! I received my items today that I ordered in regards to Charlie Kirk and was shocked at how poor the quality is. It is within their refund policy guidelines, however when I asked how to send back product for a refund, they said they couldn’t do anything about the quality and asked if I could “gift it to someone else.” Are you effing kidding me? I will be pursuing this further, as it truly is a scam. I was overcharged ($104 for TWO t shirts?!) AND this shirt probably cost .25 cents to make. Absurd.

Nearly 3 weeks ago I thought I was purchasing a Charlie Kirk sweatshirt from Clothsecret; they offered a discount and "fast shipping". Not only did they charge my credit card THREE times,(it shows up as a PayPal purchase, but Paypal has no record of any purchase), but I haven't received the item. Every time that I email "customer service" they send me a generic email that doesn't address my email, stating the same response each time "Your order has been sent out and the status will be updated in these days" & provide me with different fake tracking numbers; they even had the nerve to respond with "wait for your parcel patiently". The items are NOT made or shipped in the US; they're from China, Norway, & Sweden. They scammed me and it cost me over $100 with no item to show for it. I have tried to dispute the charges through PayPal but they say that there's no record of any purchases that I have made; I have also tried to dispute it through my bank, and they are refusing to refund the charges "because my credit card wasn't lost or stolen". Buyer Beware! They will steal your money & charge you more than what the total should have been, never send you the item(s), and refuse to communicate with you or offer you a refund. They should be banned from doing business in the US.

Have not recieved product just excuse after excuse. Buyer beware

I ordered an Abbey Road hat and t-shirt. Delivery took 17 days. The hat is fine. Nice embroidery. The t-shirt looks like the press-on was from a poor quality photograph. Not nearly as good as the photo on the website. I wanted to return the t-shirt ($21) and get a credit toward another hat. The company responded that there was nothing wrong with the t-shirt but offered a $3 refund. I responded that if that was their best effort, that I would never buy from them again and would advise others of their quality. I got my $3 refund today. This review is my warning to others. Be very careful of what you are buying. The vendor has total discretion over refunds.

I ordered a Abbey Road Beatle ball cap.
The price was average for a quality hat.
I received daily status updates and it took a week or so but I did receive the cap.
The build quality is not what I expected.
There is no labels in the hat so I'm sure the Beatles are not receiving royalties.

CAUTION!

While shopping on the Clothsecrete website I was offered a 10% discount coupon. Then, if I ordered "just two more items", I'd be offered a 20% discount coupon.

Somehow their checkout calculator manipulated the numbers. And if you did not check, you were not given the 20% discount.

Don't Do It! Find a company in the USA to purchase from. Good Luck!

I paid extra to get air delivery and it still took a month to get. I ordered a blouse and matching pants. The material is really cheap. The kind of cheap fabric you get from Temu.
They offered me $6.00 credit for $60.00 order. The ad made it look really nice but it’s junk headed to donation.

Don’t order from them. I ordered more than a month ago and still have not received anything. Customer service email and chat go unanswered. It’s a scam.

I haven't received my order yet. It has SUPPOSEDLY arrived in the US. Had I known it came from Croatia or who knows where else, I would have saved the time and money. Additionally, I dislike their lack of transparency and professionalism. I ordered t-shirts off their FB ad, but never received an order number, a total price, or any idea about when the shirts would get here. After searching the web, I found their email address and sent an email a day or so later inquiring about these things. Their response was very informal and careless: "don't worry about that...! Are you kidding me? Of course I will, I know nothing about the order I just placed and paid for! Every message is about the order being "in transit" and "we will let you know when it gets there"

They also charged more than the initial total and I only found out by checking my card transactions. It's no wonder they don't provide you with a proper receipt.

I will not be buying from this company ever again, and I suggest you don't either.
