I called Cloc Book Prints at 4:55pm on Tuesday - 5 minutes before they closed. I needed some legal documents printing and binding and I was struggling to figure out what exactly I needed.

I spoke to Dave Gangadeen and he helped me figure out exactly what products and services I needed, he gave me a quote very fast and was able to commit to delivering my products within 2 days. The quoted price was extremely reasonable for what I was asking for (and cheaper than all the other companies I had contacted for a quote!). I trusted that Dave knew what he was doing and he absolutely delivered. The documents I received were exactly what we discussed, and were fantastic quality.

Dave emailed me updates every step of the way which I really appreciated. He told me when my items were being printed, how long it would take for the courier to deliver my documents, when I was next in line for a delivery, etc. etc. etc. He took a lot of stress off a very stressful situation.

This truly feels like old-school hands-on customer service which you don't get anymore. Genuinely had a fantastic experience every step of the way with Cloc Book Prints (also known as C L Paper Sales Company), and I would absolutely order with them again if I ever needed further documents done.

The quality is excellent. All the contact I have had with them has been really helpful even when I was nevus about it arriving on time I emailed to check that everything was going OK they were kind and understanding and I felt reassured. I hope I will sell all my books then I will have a reprint

The print quality, turn around time and assistance from them were absolutely amazing. As this was my first printing, I was a little nervous, but when I received them and looked through, I was more than relieved with the outcome.

I will definitely be using this company again..... If all goes as hoped, then fingers crossed with larger quantities.

I have had numerous compliments now on the image quality and binding.

I have had around 5 print jobs done with Cloc and always been very helpful, online and over the telephone, quick to respond to emails and any questions, the finish of the print is fantastic quality and the prices are excellent.

This is my 2nd time printing with CLOC and the service is excellent. The website is easy to navigate. A big shout out to Andy, my account manager, who for both books, guided and taught me through the process. The timescales matched what they promised and they delivered both times with beautiful books. Chefs kiss to the service and experience with CLOC.

I would give more than five stars if I could for my experience with clockprint. This was my first time for having a book printed and I knew nothing of this process. My stress levels dropped after my first call. I spoke to a gentleman called Andy who explained everything to me in detail and reassured me regarding my ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’, there were a few! It was nice being able to speak to the same person each time I phoned. Communication was spot on and I had regular emails for each stage of the process. If I was ever to get round to writing another book I would not hesitate to return to clockprint. My books were printed and sent within the agreed timescale and quality is excellent. Customer service has been second to none and very much appreciated.

I made an order of books, and I asked for a sample copy. I was very unhappy with the sample copy, yet when I spoke to them, they were so helpful. For free, they made all the necessary changes that I needed to make it more like a children’s book and I am so pleased with the results.

We started with a small order of only over a hundred books a few years back. We have since moved all our bigger orders, including thousands of notebooks and offer folders from some of the big-name competitors here. The service is an old-school personal service, while the products are top-notch and modern. The price is also completely competitive.

The staff are always most helpful, easy to contact and will quickly try to resolve even the smallest request. The step by step selection for putting together a book or pamphlet is very well laid out and informative. The finished products are always super quality, well-packaged when delivered and within the time schedules. As an independent, self-published author who uses them frequently I highly reccomend them.

Contacted Cloc Book Print online after series of searches. Got a very great customer service, prompt responses and correspondence, excellent professional approach to the work and most importantly and amazing outcome. The service has been fast the staff have been friendly and very helpful as this is my first book called the boy who spoke first , I will be selling on their website it’s in two volumes , I am over the moon with the way the book has turned out and can’t wait to sell out so I can order more , highly recommend this buisness very efficient and reasonable price 5 star all day

Ordered multiple books in two different formats, each and every time my order has been well looked after and the quality for the price is quite possibly the best out there! Always reliable. Person-to-person service, not person-to-bot.They deliver as promised, printed products that please the eye.staff have a can do attitude. They pack your books very carefully for transit. They do not simply ignore you once you have paid. Their prices are fair. If you have an inquiry, they respond promptly.
