I am a disabled senior with a ton of computer skills and a tech background, and I got involved with Affiliate Marketing a while ago. I found Cliqly in October of 2023, joined their platform, loved the processes and training. All was humming along fine, until I hit my $300 earning payment threshold, that's when everything went to hell. I have been waiting since June of 2024 to get paid, I have sent multiple emails, they never respond, and since I complained, my daily earnings which averaged $2-3 per day, have dropped to .10-.20 cents per day, if that. When you post a question about this on the FB page it gets removed. I am beyond frustrated, and disappointed, I really do love the platform, and loved doing this type of marketing everyday, I am writing this because I feel that they have given me no choice, it's the lack of respect or caring for a team member who believed in the company that bothers me the most.

I have been a member of Cliqly since April 2023, at first it was all good, and I got paid a couple of times. I upscaled after thinking it was a legit program, and brought in a couple of family members, all who are now owed money for over a year!
There were several warning signs along the way:
1. Bobby Jones (the owner) has weekly webinars, but they are one-way videos with no interaction allowed with the viewers whatsoever. Every week he bleats on about how everyone is getting paid and how everything is perfect, which is far from the truth.
2. An extra charge was added to the CHM site (where the payouts are made from) in February 2024 ($19.77 per month), we were told this was to pay for extra staff and an accountant that were employed solely to catch up on payment arrears. Why would a company need to charge for this? If their company was so successful (as Bobby keeps telling everyone), he would have been able to absorb that growth cost, especially as the extra income associated with the higher numbers of new members would cover this cost easily!
3. Bobby constantly talked about the IP addresses, how they became 'dirty' quite often, but said his team were monitoring this every day and introducing new IP's regularly, so we all got better open rates, but now he has just introduced 'turbo IP's', where you have to buy them in order to get better results. Just another revenue gathering con, we shouldn't have to pay for something that is an operational cost on his side, not the members.
4. Total censorship of their official Facebook page, which (according to his words) is the place to get quality background information about Cliqly direct from its members. Not so, because the enforced censorship of certain words (like Paid, Owing, Overdue, etc) will cause posts mentioning those type of words to be automatically declined. All other posts are also vetted by so-called Admins, and if they don't like what they see, they also decline these posts. I have tried to post several legitimate questions to help out my downlines, they have nearly all been refused. Why have such harsh censorship if you have a good, reliable and honest business? Obviously something to hide, another red flag!
5. The Facebook posts are now all from 2023, when everything was going good, and members were actually saying good things about the program. Now that no-one is being paid and all posts are being declined, they stopped approving totally, except for the daily Admin posts welcoming new members. From what I can see, ALL Comments for EVERY Post have now been switched off! Another red flag.
6. As of yesterday, there is no access whatsoever to the site, not able to log in. There have been NO messages from Bobby or Admin as to why this is, how are we supposed to do our daily tasks if we can't even log in!
7. Support Tickets are now never answered, and if they are, quite often they are a 'copy and paste' answer that really is no help whatsoever, just a response to shut you up, as they never follow-up with your request or complaint. Red flags everywhere!
8. When Bobby realised he was so far behind in paying his loyal members, he came up with a scammy scheme where you could trade-in some or all of your owed commissions for more credits. I actually did this on 4 of my 5 family accounts, I traded around 50% of each of the 4 outstanding amounts owing to me ($947-10, $634-90, $744-55 and $645-50), and yes, I did receive the credits. The cash balance from these trades though ($547-10, $334-90, $444-55 and $345-50) are still owed, several months after agreeing to the trade. This is simply a scammy way of him not having to physically pay the commissions out to bank accounts, commissions that were rightfully (and legally) earned by members. These new traded credits were totally worthless anyway, as the daily earnings I was receiving when I first started (roughly $10-$20 per day, on each account) dropped dramatically to around $3-$5 PER MONTH! Bobby would have known he was actually selling us something that would have a payback value far less than what it should, that is straight-out FRAUD!

So as you can see, there are red flags all over this program! Bobby Jones has gone from what I originally saw as a legitimate and successful businessman, to a flat-out lying, deceiving and fraudulent man, who hides behind one-way 'everything is great' calls, so no-one can challenge him live. That is not the way a legitimate business owner should conduct his webinars. I am a member of many online programs, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM have calls that have either 2-way communications available, or a Q&A at the end of them. What are you afraid of Bobby, too gutless to answer the legitimate commissions questions.

They haven't paid me in months and owe me over 9
$900.

They are rats and scum. Booby should be arrested for all the evil that he has done to us. I am a very patient person but my patient has been so much tested here.

They currently owe me 32k after I have used more than 2 months to send non-stop emails.

I could have put that effort into my Solic_Unity account; I know how much I could have made through that 2 months period.

Do not fall into their trap, they will use you just like they used me.

Over 500k owed and counting. Support does not answer. I want what is owed to me as do many others. If you value your capital, do not get involved with this company. Biggest disappointment. Bobby Jones should be ashamed of himself. Someone needs to stop this insanity!

• Internal Revenue Service (IRS): We are prepared to file Form 3949-A, which reports tax fraud. The IRS will investigate discrepancies related to the issuance of 1099s and unreported income.
• State Attorney General’s Office: This office can initiate investigations into fraudulent business practices within the state and take legal action if necessary.
• Consumer Protection Agencies: These agencies can enforce penalties for unethical business conduct and pursue legal remedies.
• Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): If further investigation suggests internet fraud or a scam, this division of the FBI can act for assistance. This company’s practices are highly questionable. Be careful if you're considering working with them and do not join if someone referred you to the program

Bobby Jones is a crook and needs to be shutdown and jailed. How is he allowed to get away with this kind of actions. He stealing money not sending out tax information to the people. We live in the United States of America. If he is not stopped our government is no better than Bobby Jones. He has these phoney webinars on Monday's. No one is allowed to ask questions on these webinars. I just ask that Cliqly is shutdown and Bobby Jones is jailed for his criminal actions.

I have been waiting for my commissions payment for weeks. I have contacted support on two different occasions and I have had no response!

I will never ever recommend this company to anyone because I wouldn't want them to go through the same issues that i have been going through, I join Cliqy from last year and I haven't gotten a DIME! from them big scammmers I send multiple tickets to support and no response the worst online company I have ever come across!!!!

It doesn’t even deserve one star. Over a year ago I joined this company in good faith and like thousands of others I am awaiting missing commission payments… I have emailed every support I can think of and they don’t even answer me anymore. There are two boards for Cliqly - the official one where absolutely no negativity is allowed and no comments about the missing payments and the ‘other’ Cliqly unofficial board where the hundreds or more folks who are missing their well earned commissions are trying to get some help..and are either ignored or called liars! The owner says don’t go on that other board because all they do is try to push their other programs at you but that’s not true at all. They’re just trying to get some help with their missing payments anything else is ignored.Some folks are owed thousands of dollars invested in good faith in this company and are being totally ignored. Stay far away from this company.. he steals money from seniors… from folks just trying to make a better life but all empty promises. Those folks who are in favor of Cliqly ?-go on the other board and read, it’s full of honest, hard-working people wanting to know where their investment is!

No support for over a year
I have been with Cliqly for 1 year and 4 months. I made about $1200 in commission but haven't been paid yet.
I have been trying to get my commission for over a year. I thought with their new support program (which you have to pay for), would be the answer to getting any help or response from their support but after 2 month of using the support I have not received any response to my ongoing question and request for my commission. It seems that the company is creating programs just to get more money but the program is not doing what it stated it would do. the support has not responded after 2 months of paying for their program which entitles you to support. That is why I purchased it so I could get my commission situation resolved, Its the only way to reach support but they have been just as useless as they always have been. I would rate them a minus 10. Why would a company create a program that suppose to connect its clients with proper support and never answer any emails. Which is the only way to reach them. extremely disappointed with this so called company.

Cligly is a scam. Run as fast as you can, when someone asks to join Cligly. People aren't getting paid for months including myself. 100% scam.

To Cliqly or not to Cliqly?
That is the question!

After reading so many reviews, both positive and negative, I felt I had to weigh in. I have been a member for 2 years now.

1 - Calculating my expenses against earnings, I have earned twice as much as invested.
2 - some days have been slower than others, but clicks have never "stopped"
3 - Bobby is constantly creating new ways to earn more.
4 - the people who become our "list" are ours to keep and use for whatever promotions we wish. In email marketing, as we all know....the money is in the "list" and this provides a quick and easy way to build a list without having to purchase from safelists etc.
4 - While there have been some payment delays, from personal experience these are resolved usually in a timely manner. And Bobby has been looking at new methods to ensure a smoother payment process. I might just add here, if you worked for a company and bad-mouthed the boss or the company, you may well expect to justifiably be terminated. If any here who posted negatively on the FB group etc. that would also justify termination. I do not know other people's personal experiences but that may well answer the reason why some people have been expelled and/or not paid.

In conclusion, I am sorry for those who feel they have been misled or wronged by Cliqly, but here are usually two sides to every story.
The company has grown massively over the past year and most of the issues are simply having to deal with "growing pains". Cliqly is a viable online business, here for the long-term ! I give Kudos to Bobby and the team for all they do!

Owed commission payment for over 6 months now, stay away - total rip off scam

Scammmmmm, I've been waiting for payment for 1 year

I joined Cligly with high hopes that it would work. Yes, I upgraded and went full speed to reach my first payment of $300 in which I got to $319. Cligly sent me a reply that they send me the money however, I continued checking my banking account and never received my monies and I never got a reply. Cligly started playing games, I never bought more cligly credits however they tried to be smart when I notice that they put 1 million credits in my account that I did not pay for just to keep me quiet. I still refuse to purchase any more credits. Yes, Cligly lied, cheated, stop paying and more. Very unethical. I just walked away and said, "LET IT GO". Yes, Cligly would have been a very good company if they only lived up to their promises to customers. I hope the CEO looks in his heart to give back the money people earned. Oh! I made my $300 before they started charging the $19 monthly fee. Then they locked me out of the back door to see my commissions. Mmmmmm! Good luck all. Not looking back.
