Initial $500 investment was made to try out in 2022 still not been paid any dividend and they hold my $500 for no reason and customer support is very bad so DO NOT INVEST this SCAM company.

The original commitment in 2020 was for a 3-5 year investment period. I tried to withdraw my investment (and the terrible 5.25% return for 5 years). No responses to repeated emails and support submissions. There is no phone number or email listed. Finally got a response that it will be the end of 2027. That is not in the agreement. This is class-action material. Others are getting rich on our investments. Furthermore, there are now beneficiary fields that they didn't tell you about that no doubt let them find a way to keep your money. They are disreputable (at least to the small investor). and should be avoided.

Invested in 2019. I’ve been asking to sell it back for two years, but they won’t respond or answer me at all. Now I can’t even log in to the app. They’re liars, thieves and should be in jail.

My wife and I invested back in 2020 and haven't seen a single cent returned. Every time a distribution deadline gets close, they just move the goalposts again blaming market conditions for why they can't sell.
It's really a good I took my #Goⅼd𝘣ⅼoom &Laboratories holdings seriously. They operate with no secrets policy and that has saved my sanity.

Like other investors, I got scammed by Diversyfund.

I've been emailing for years, and no one responded until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Diversyfund responded to BBB, which seems to be another marketing stunt. They blocked my phone login access in their apps. They also lied to BBB about sending periodic updates via email. The only emails I received from them were their marketing stunts with CEO Craig Cecilio.

I hope to find a way to file a lawsuit against this company to stop it from scamming investors.

Very shady outfit. Haven't shown and dividends in about four years. DiversyFund won't release funds as promised, as it's been well over the five years we were asked to commit to. Invest your money with DiversyFund and you don't see it again.

The initial paperwork clearly spelled out my investment would be tied up for 5-7 years. My personality is geared toward long term investments so I have no issue with locking my investment for 5 to 7 years. I accept there has been only 1 cash dividend in the 6 years since my initial investment. I will also have no issue if the investment requires an excess of 7 years due to market. What I do not accept is the lack of transparency. Company level - no quarterly or annual financial statement. Fund level - no quarterly or annual financial statements. Funds do not specifically detail the properties invested into and the percentage of each property owned by the specific fund. This lack of transparency leaves investors, like me, anxious and unwilling to invest in new funding rounds.

Can’t even sign into my account…another scam..

My account had been active for some time, and when I requested a withdrawal, I experienced delays that I didn’t expect. Soon after, I found that the funds were no longer accessible. The situation was concerning, and I think it’s wise for others to stay cautious. I later contacted fundreimbursement, who responded in a timely and professional manner.

Finally there is class action!!!!

Same story as everyone else. I invested over 6 years ago. After 5 years went by they started claiming 5-7 years until they sell off the properties. Still no transparency. Im sure itll turn into 7-9 years any day now as these people have zero credibility.

My wife and I started investing in 2019. We haven't seen a cent of our $3,200 since we started investing. Everytime the deadline for distribution approaches they move it back and attribute it to not having the right market conditions to sell the properties and distribute the money. I think they are fraudulent and its a scam.

Awful company. They lie and say after 5 years you can withdraw your investment. I have made 16 dollars. I’m beyond pissed. This company is a scam. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and I’ll also be filing a police report.

I invested in Jan, 2020 with the hope it will give me some return long time. After more than 6 years I haven't seen any return. Now I need the money back for my living expense and they even don't respond. Is there any hope to get the invested 3k back. I don't need profit anymore. just give back my money. Is there any legal process to follow? Any advice would be helpful.

Awful, I would give a zero. Cant wait to close the account, cant log in to account. Your money would do better in a savings account!

Spent all investors money on there living expenses and no clear plans how there going to give us our initial investment back never mind any gains what a joke this fake business really is.😆 remember back when wex1st invested they said watch your investment grow every month with dividends that quickly stopped now no statement at all too show they are reinvested each month they spent our money why haven't these 2 con artists not in jail nevermind anyone in the world could do the same thing take money spend money than run its in plans site and the s.e.c.does nothing to stop the scam tollally Redicouis. 🤔yeah completely fraudulent contract they say we signed then they change the terms like what suits there needs and tell us to kiss-off its totally stupid the whole scam.🤨all there doing is living offvour investment money there not even able to keep a live platform in place because they don't pay tere development people 2 crooks holding are money forever don't ya love-it need to be sued big time.🤨they thing that I find most comical about this stupid investment is how the c.e.o can talk for 5 mins and never say a a Damm thing!🤣🤣if I was us i would just wait a couple weeks see if they throw the 2 crooks in federal prison this storyline is big all over the net that is the greatest part of it.😆im not worried my money coming back this year.as the scam continues on to the end in 2-3 years and than they file bankruptcy. We get nothing. 🤨

Thought I would try them out with a minimal investment over 5 years ago. To this point, I have made less than 1% return per year and they tell me that they will keep my money for another 2-5 years. No liquidity. Now they are asking me to invest more money. I have reached out repeatedly to just cash out and they tell me no. Thank God I did not invest more. This is definitely a scam and I don't think I will ever see any money.
