Goods not as described really cheap quality. The shoes were supposed to be orthopaedic needless to say they are complete rubbish. I argued the toss over a couple of weeks and unless I posted them back to china at my own cost the most I could get back was 40%.
Please don’t buy from this company. Learn from my mistake. The advert is VERY misleading.

Never received delivery, delivered to the wrong address

THIS IS 100% SCAM COMPANY SO DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM as I now have found out they are in China so no way do they care and items have to be returned to China!! I am kicking myself for not checking reviews before I ordered as I’m usually so careful. Item received after weeks & weeks and not as shown. Have been emailing so much and getting replies and told to send back to China. It will cost me so much and I bet 100% I’ll never receive a refund.

Absolutely biggest load of shite that was ever scammed. Please do not buy from this company

No correspondence so had no idea what was happening. Sent wrong colour and style plus they were shipped from China and supposedly a UK company

Shoes not as substantial as they looked (I need to have left shoe built up). Returns: BEWARE - you have to package and send them back to China. AVOID this company.

I recommend you by pass this business. Nothing clinical about their foot wear. I purchased shoes and insoles the insoles turned up in correctly sized and the packaging was all in Russian. Shoes that were ordered were listed as Orthopaedic walking shoes these eventually arrived and they are just cheap rubbish nothing Orthopaedic at all. In soles are cheap and thin, the sole of the shoe Is just soft cheap foam, zero support. My podiatrist has told me not to wear them.
I have contacted the seller and have had the usual send me pictures, I have chased them up with no response.
It appears that this is another dodge Chinese company

29th September 27 Update, have sent 5 emails they do not respond and 6th email now bouncing back. Scammers avoid. Website states 5000+ satisfied customers but zero back up.

Ordered a size 5, but was delivered a size 3 on 14/09/26. Contacted the company via email sending photographs and copy of my order, didn’t get an acknowledgment back nor a reply. However, did receive an email asking me how to rate the conversation I supposedly had with them, which didn’t take place. The shoes do not seem to be as good as other barefoot shoes I have purchased elsewhere, seem very narrow defeating the object of the barefoot experience, that I thankfully get from my old faithfuls. I was waiting ages for my order, tracking, not really tracking, it was out for delivery for about 5 days. Poor service, failed delivery of correct goods paid for and the product, very disappointing. Right now 1 star is way too much it’s a big 5 minus for me.

Meets my expectations and value for money.

The shoes are cheap- looking. They are very narrow. In my opinion, they are the antithesis of orthopedic footwear. When I asked for their returns policy, they tried to fob me off with a 20% refund and to keep the shoes. The completely unwearable shoes. This is unethical practice. Don't buy from this company

Would give less than one star if I could. Spent nearly £50 on a pair of shoes that were obviously cheaply made out of plastic. Company website says they are based in Denmark but the product and the shipping came from china. Do not buy from here! I have been scammed!

TOTAL SCAM - Ordered 2 pair of slippers with arch support costing £66.00. Got one pair of cheap flat slippers which would have cost less than £3.00 on any other site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I would give zero stars if I could.

Bought "orthopaedic barefoot pain relief" shoes which boasted wide toebox and zero drop as usual for barefoot shoes.
When the shoes eventually arrived, realised immediately I'd been duped - they were incredibly narrow (no wide toebox), not zero drop and nothing clinical/orthopedic about them, just cheap nasty plastic shoes from China. To add insult to injury, I was sent a size 39 as opposed to the 4/37 I ordered.
Got onto the customer support, they were quick to apologise for the wrong size but have never really acknowledged the shoes are not as described at all, despite me sending several photos of them next to my other actual barefoot shoes.
They first offered to send me the correct size as replacement (to which I replied they will still be narrow and not the type of shoes I need so no!), after which they have offered me partial discounts of 20, 30 then 40 % if I keep the shoes, all of which I have refused. They then asked me to send them to China (at my own cost!) and supposedly will give a refund when they have arrived. All this is against both EU and Dutch consumer laws so I have reported them to ACM Consuwijzer, the governing body in Netherlands. Whilst they don't respond to individuals, it would be advisable everyone here reported to them as the more complaints against a company they have, the more likely they are to investigate.
As it now stands, I have made a claim on the card I paid with which will take quite a while I think.

Very disappointing quality of the product.

I have been waiting for my slippers for over 3 weeks. They will not refund my money even thought they have no idea where they are. The tracking shows that they were never dispatched. They just keep ‘checking with their fulfilment team’. Avoid this company. They are a bunch of thieves.

I spent just under £100 on two pairs of so called orthopaedic quality trainers. They were not from Netherlands as stated on their website but from China. The sizing and quality was ridiculously poor, cheap, flimsy with no arch support. I have been offered a refund only when I have paid for the return to China. I have unsuccessfully applied to my bank for a back charge and I have reported them to the Citizens advice consumer helpline who are unable to help.
Stay clear of this deceitful company!

COMPLETELY FELL FOR THIS! I normally look up a company on Trust pilot before ordering but put in my order late at night being desperate for a pair of shoes. Definitely a SCAM company. Shoes advertised as orthopaedic but zero support of any kind. They are like wrapping a couple of padded plastic bags around your feet. Returns policy is that I have to pay postage to China. I'm not going to bother as I doubt they will honour their policy. AVOID!

Totally miss sold this product. To pay almost £40 for a pair of slippers only for them to arrive and find there is absolutely zero arch support. They are completely flat slippers and poorly made also. I could buy a better quality product from my local supermarket and I waited 3 weeks for them to be delivered hoping they would help reduce my foot pain, but they are so badly made they will probably make it worse. I’m so disappointed and angry

A scam company. £40 for the worst quality product. Cheaply produced product from China with no orthopaedic support. Website states you must ship back to china at your own cost if you wish to return. Do not buy from here.

This website is a scam!! Shoes being sold at £35-£70 are cheap plastic drop shipped from China, do not buy!!
