Ich hatte ein Jahresabo abgeschlossen. Eine seriöse Firma erinnert einen vor der automatischen Verlängerung daran, ob man sein Abo verlängern will. Leider ist das nicht passiert. Nach deutschem Recht verlängert sich das Abo danach um einen Monat. Hier gilt aber wohl auch in Deutschland das polnische Recht. Über 300 Euro in den Sand gesetzt. Kein Lösungsvorschlag auf ein monatliches Abo umzusteigen. Egal wie gut das Programm ist, Finger weg von diesen Abzockern.

Niveau pratiques commerciales, c'est un cumul des pires pratiques SaaS pour mettre un maximum de bâtons dans les roues de ton client lorsque celui-ci cherche à downgrade ou à passer en mode freemium.

Par ex : pour arrêter ton abonnement, le bouton mentionne "DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT" comme si tu courrais le risque de perdre toutes tes données, avant de proposer à la toute fin du process "STAY WITH FREEMIUM".

Autre ex : tu veux downgrade ton abonnement après avoir geler ton compte ? Tu es obligé de contacter le service commercial. Et pour le faire, tu dois réactiver ton compte et donc reprendre le même abonnement pendant au moins un mois avant de pouvoir downgrade.

That said, there are some limitations. We’ve also had a few instances where participants with weak internet connections struggled with audio or video quality.
