We had a very positive experience with ClickMeeting. We used it to organize a webinar and found it easy to set up and use. The connection was stable, and the audio and video quality were good. Managing participants was also simple and convenient.

The multi-presenter functionality and live streaming capabilities to social channels like YouTube and Facebook are top-notch. Managing large-scale virtual events with multiple panelists is smooth, and the chat moderation features keep the public discussion clean and structured.

Bardzo intuicyjna platforma. Najważniejsze dla mnie że jest wsparcie ludzkie poprzez czat. Osoby zawsze kompetentne i miłe. Dzisiaj na przykład wytłumaczono mi włączono funkcję ograniczeń osób przy zapisie do webinary.

Beware - No refund policy. I wanted to test the product for a webinar, but couldn't test the features without a payment. After i decided to go with another tool, the support team didn’t refund my money. I unterstand that there's their agreement, but i let it down here for others who may read this.

Been with clickmeeting for about 7-8 years. We are a small not for profit and are between the contract that we used the platform for. To save our limited funds, I froze the account previously and I got notification today that it was about to reactivate. I needed to extend that slightly so I contacted customer service to see if they could help and was told I couldn't extend, I would need to make a payment and then freeze again. Now, I obviously could have done that but figured why stay with a company who is so inflexible with long term customers and who really don't value your business enough to try to help. I did mention that I would just delete the account and review later. Poor show.

I signed up and requested a refund the very next day after discovering the platform didn't meet my needs. I never hosted a single webinar or used the account in any way.

Despite multiple attempts through chat and email, ClickMeeting refused to issue a refund.

One thing potential customers should know: the free trial has restrictions on key features (like the webinar waiting room design) that make it impossible to properly evaluate the product before paying. You essentially have to buy it to truly test it — and if it doesn't work for you, they won't refund you.

The platform also lacks a native integration with Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which is a very common email provider. This wasn't clearly communicated before purchase.

I am still learning clickmeeting but customer service is such a great help always to help. Thank You

Korzystam z tej strony, gdy chcę szybko sprawdzić ogólną reputację firmy i to, jak reaguje ona na problemy zgłaszane przez klientów. Bardzo cenię przejrzysty system gwiazdkowy oraz fakt, że widzę odpowiedzi administracji na negatywne komentarze. To dla mnie pierwsze źródło wiedzy, czy danej marce można w ogóle zaufać.

Nie polecam, system niestabilny i drogi. Straciłem ponad 800 zł. Lepiej robić webinary np. na YouTube gdzie jeszcze dodatkowo macie ruch organiczny z platformy.

The feedback from our participants and guests we meet with at meetings is very pleasant and positive. We feel very secure with the recordings we send to those who have been given access to it. The ability to withdraw the publication of a recording is much needed and meets our security requirements. This gives us control over how long a recording is available. What we wanted was an unlimited length of meetings and this led us to take up the offer and in reality we got much more. Clickmeeting is a true technology partner. It is constantly improving its service, introducing new features and enhancing our online meetings. Such cooperation is very beneficial and helpful in our daily operations.
