So far I have had a great experience with Clear Estate. I was attracted to using them because of the very reasonable fees they charge. They have smart people working there that are sincere & eager to help. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good value legal service without the fast talking BS you get with a lot people in this line of work.

The greatest recommendation that I can give is repeat business.
I have had to do two probates back to back.
After the outstanding help I received on the first probate, I contracted Clear Estate to do the second!

As the executor of my recently deceased friend, I was having a hard time navigating through the large to-do list and particularly the probate system when I came across ClearEstate's website. It seemed a perfect fit. I arranged for an initial consultation with Stacey who was very understanding and clear in what the company provided (particularly taking the stress away) so I jumped in! Since that time Rabiya and Samantha have been patiently guiding me every step of the way. They've been there to answer questions quickly and knowledgeably in their friendly manner and I've even managed to learn a lot along the way. To have all documents and financial information in one place on the ClearEstate platform has been invaluable. The process of writing wills and protection mandates requires to discuss difficult topics that can make people uncomfortable. Working with Clémence at ClearEstate made that process much easier and encouraged us to get it done. She provided the gentle hand-holding that we needed in order to get through the steps.
The platform is easy to use and navigate. We encountered a little glitch that got fixed fairly quickly, which tells us that their engineering team is efficient and reactive.
I would recommend ClearEstate to individuals who don't know where to start with this process and need extra support.

I started the process in January 2024 and wound up having to cancel in April 2024. The process was going too slow for me but my situation was rather complicated. While trying to resolve a hic-cup in the process I began to doubt the legitimacy of the service. With me being in California and ClearEstate being in Canada I started to get worried. However, when I mentioned canceling and refunding, they did step up to the place and with no hassle or hesitation, made a full refund. So this eased a lot of my fears. So if you have a straightforward need to become Executor, I'd recommend their service...

The entire appointment process was flawless, it was done via video call which was of impressive quality.
Advisor Shaz Dal, of Estate Solutions was amazing, and extremely pleasant to work with! His professional manner throughout the consultation process was very informative, and took the time to answer as many questions as possible during the allotted time.
It's a very refreshing feeling to deal with a professional who actually cares.
I wouldn't hesitate in referring Clear Estate Services to anyone planning their will, or settling a loved ones estate. I wish I'd only known about them sooner, it would have saved me a lot of time and money.

We can very much recommend Clear Estate who guided us through the estate planning process - a process we had been avoiding for years - with professionalism and expert knowledge, answering all questions and concerns promptly and to our complete satisfaction. We particularly like that Clear Estate's fees are all up front so you know what you're dealing with when it comes to future reviews and changes, unlike the lawyers offices we spoke with who would charge a large fee for every future change. Clear Estate's all online approach was user friendly and comprehensive, providing a platform that includes the estate plan, documents, POAs, communication history etc.

My experience since the passing of my son has been excellent. Deepa and her team helped me get through this probate process during a very difficult time after the unexpected passing of my 38 year old son. Deepa made the very lengthly and confusing process of probate so much easier to understand. She was knowledgeable and patient. Outlined services very clearly. I live in New York State and my son lived in Texas which added to the complications of the process. Deepa and her team have always answered my questions quickly and thoroughly during the process. Our family would highly recommend Clear Estate to anyone who is faced with the probate process. They saved us so much time and money.

Do yourself a favor and move on. We hired ClearEstate in Oct'22 and they were initially helpful for about 6 months. Then the turnover started and hasn't stopped. I have had outstanding questions out to our current 'rep' for over a week without a response after 3 follow-ups. I think they must have run into funding issues and it would honestly surprise me if they are still a viable company in 18 months.
