During your free consultation, we uncovered that your situation involves litigation, which is a no-go for our services.That is why we hold free consultations. If I could give them zero stars I would.
They promised dates for paperwork and filings that were grossly mis managed. I had to ask them again and again to actually provide the service that was promised. I contacted them in October of 2023 to manage the estate of my grandmother. Her estate was VERY simple and I'm still fighting with them to actually do the work and get the estate closed. The fancy dashboard stopped working months ago and they never fixed it. It seems I'm on my own to wrap up the estate. Thousands of dollars for almost nothing. Buyer BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They promise the best and provide the worst. Get an actual lawyer and save yourself major stress and heartache.

Very helpful during a difficult time.
I had a consultation with Stephen Piazza today at ClearEstate. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. And although my situation was was not one ClearEstate could help me with, Stephen took the time to talk it through, which was very helpful. I will definitely use ClearEstate in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I like how prompt Rabiya and Sarah got back to me when I had a question. And the step by step guidance in completing the forms. I feel if you didn’t have any computer skills this process wouldn’t be very helpful.So anyone fairly elderly who doesn’t use a computer would not be able to go this route.
But with Rabiya and Sarah’s guidance I got it done.i had many questions and they were great to get back to me.
The only thing that I hoped was that it would have been a faster process. We will be a year and half by the time it is completed .
