I have been using them for years! All of a sudden they have began charging my bank account without my permission and no one is responding to my emails regarding this.

We used ClearSale for six months, everything was going well until the first chargebacks arrived and they never covered them, that is, they don't pay the chargebacks. They claim to be the only company that covers 100% chargebacks and it's a lie, we canceled it.

Clearsale as a fraud protection company is a waste of your time, money, and, energy. At first let me clear how a fraud protection company becomes fraudulent against your rights and, I hope you please guys share this content, so it becomes viral as follows:

My name is ### and, i got approved for order ####, then the customer opened a chargeback. I placed my trust in clearsale even the order was not fulfilled. But i have been charged with shopify fee, bank fees and overdraft my bank account as a result of this financial loss. I expect you to collaborate in order to fix this inconvenience incident that i never wished to happen from my end.

In this case, what's the total amount of fees you lost, considering your Shopify fees and the chargeback fees?

That sounds ridiculous, how clearsale is going to cover delivery fulfilled transactions only, with high risk inpact for customers, and, neglet non fulfilled orders wih minimum costs. This is the dark side of clearsale that any customer would be fearful to deal with. To start please i need refunds for canceled orders without chargebacks, #### & ####, by applying a credit of $$$$ for these transactions already mentioned before within these emails. I've being waiting for this forever, address this issue soon please. Its the least you could do or i will have to report a civil lawsuit, pertaing these transactions.

As a result of an incident like this, you are going to experience a poor customer service, and, disrespectful administration by ignoring what you deserve as a customer, and delaying the solution. Because you simply stressed to fix this issue.
The least they can do is that even for simple canceled orders without a chargebacks. Then you still are going to have a headache to get that refund.

The most frustrating and idiodic experience of my life. I will no longer do buisness with an online retailer if there is any affiliation with clearsale. Their approach to fraud supression is to automatically deny anytning and blame it on the bank. Once denied you're blacklisted with no way to way to appeal. This company is a joke.

The representative was outstanding. I really enjoy and like the fact that my sales are reviewed before I process them.

Great tool, it's a must when selling online.
It is a little difficult to understand at first but really usefull for fraud prevention.

A purchase came in from California that was flagged as suspicious. ClearSale verified that the purchase was a scam and notified me of the same. Saved my business $600.00. Great service and excellent work done by Clearsale staff. A+++
