This company is the real deal - Love them!
This company is the real deal. They aren't huge, but they have such heart and innovation. The products are incredible -- I've actually got friends and family hooked on them (okay, it made them feel guilty for using old plastic bags). Their customer service is responsive and really thoughtful in their responses. I'd recommend these products and company to anyone!

Over all, a disappointment
I'm always game for making changes to my normal routine when it comes to protecting our precious environment, but often these good intentions come with my hopes being dashed. My experience with these bags and with Cleanomic was no exception. Not practical for freezer bags, and very difficult to reopen the zip lock function. Having ordered a large quantity, I balked when they informed me that I was subscribed to these bags, and was soon expecting another large shipment of them. I tried to cancel the shipment, but was told I was too late, which I don't believe I was. So now I have a very large collection of 'resealable' bags that are purported to be compostable, but I don't think they break down very well in my compost. Had they honored my request to hold the shipment, I may still be a customer...

Great product.
We have been using the laundry sheets for many years, and pleased with the results. No suds, but clothes get laundered quite well. So simple. No heavy jugs, etc.

Cleanomics Products OK, Customer Service Bad
When I placed my first order, Shopify (their ordering system) defaulted the address to a Nebraska address, so it was shipped to the wrong location. Cleanomics refused to help re-route it to my current address. I knew I would be in Nebraska in a couple months, so I didn't dispute it. Little did I know my order was entered as a subscription, and in January they emailed that they were sending another $99.81 shipment (about a 10 lb. box) to the Nebraska address. I asked them to halt it the same day I got the email. They didn't halt it or attempt to re-re-route it, so I am stuck with a product 1000 miles away. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel in September 2025 and got a confirmation email. In March 2026, I was charged another hundred dollars for another order. I’ve emailed and they don’t answer. I’ve talked to someone on the phone and they said it’s canceled, but I don’t trust them. They would not give me a return label to return and get refunded the hundred dollars. Terrible, terrible.

I was surprised to see how light they…
I was surprised to see how light they were but also sturdy. The test was with the 13 gallon trash bag. I tend to overload them. I did and it was perfect.
All the other types of bags did the job.
I’m very happy with the products and recommend you try them.

They signed me up for a subscription…
They signed me up for a subscription with no way to cancel. Their emails dont work and on the phone they just want to give you a discount instead of cancel and refund.

I will never use this site again
I will never use this site again, even if I have to cancel my credit card. I asked 3 times to cancel my subscription. Finally I was told it was put on pause. I then emailed again and said I didn't remember signing up for a subscription but got a box anyway. . . and three more times my email was returned. There is nowhere on the site to actually cancel despite what is said. Yes, this is a giant scam.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! i emailed and asked to cancel my subscription. the customer service told me that it was cancelled. then 6 months later, i got charged again and was shipped a box. i asked to return the box and get my refund. their support at cleanomic.com email came back invalid!
Update: I had to take the box to post office on my day off to refuse the delivery. And they finally refunded me. I was trying to return an email notifying them, and my email came back undeliverable. I think they blocked me. Lol

Helping save the planet from plastic
Knowing I am doing my part to help our planet is very important to me. I like that all the bags I receive from Cleanomic are compostable and actually provide nutrients to the soil. They contain no PBAs and don’t add plastic to the planet. They are sturdy, close well and are a good value. The only downside is that there are too many snack bags; our household is just me and my husband so we don’t necessarily need the snack bags.

I am requesting a refund for charges…
I am requesting a refund for charges that I did not authorize. This is a subscription but i asked the to cancel it before it ship. Then I was told that the package shows as “delivered,” but I did not receive anything. Now I am being asked to file a police report for a package I never received. This is unreasonable. Why should I file a police report for something I did not order and do not even want or needed anymore. The repeated back-and-forth emails feel like a delay tactic to hold my money. This is not just about the money and the fact that I feel like I am being treated as if I did something wrong. Since this matter has not been resolved properly, I am filing a dispute with my bank.

Subscription Black Hole
Products are ok. Service and site is TRASH. Do yourself a favor and pay full price DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET OUT OF THE CHARGE CYCLE. I somehow have cancelled many times and have multiple subscriptions I can't stop from coming. Order numbers don't work to get you in and the AI assistants don't do anything right. If you are local I can give you products to try cause I will have them around my house FOREVER at this point.
