Fixing a problem.
My original assessment of your company was very poor because I still had not received my missing parcel and no one had bothered to reply to my complaints after two weeks. Some confusion and lack of clarity in processes contributed to this. A poor review using this survey seemed to get things going. Within 48 hours I had a number of emails and a phone call. My toilet paper has been found after its delivery to the wrong address and my contact with your company has restored my faith in human contact.
Thanks.

Thank you for updating your review and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We are truly sorry for the frustration caused by the delay, lack of response, and confusion around the delivery process. That is not the experience we want any customer to have.
We are very pleased that your parcel was located and that our team restored your confidence in us. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, as it helps us identify where we need to improve our communication and processes.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Prompt delivery
They had a particular product I was looking for which isn't available everywhere. I put in a order for delivery and the correct order was delivered promptly. Though I paid a delivery fee due to the small size of my order this seemed perfectly reasonable. I plan to purchase more items from the Cleaners Gallery going forward.
