If I could give 0 stars I would. However it is worthy to note that there is also a lot more reviews for 'ClarkEandCooper' - the capital E indicating the incorrect spelling although it is the same company.
I have had a similar experience to many of your reviews including the fact that all the items were too small (although that it is my normal size according to their size chart) and the poor quality and also the disrespect they show in the packaging of the products etc. etc. I have been foolish to order 5 products tempted by their scale of discounts as the initial prices seemed to be like a valuable item discounted at the time when I placed my order (Mens Dept - which now no longer exist) the website showed a couple about to retire which made the pricing sound feasible. Then before receiving the ordered items - it resulted in me accepting a further temptation for another item at a much reduced offer. So when the items finally arrived - all too small and of inferior quality - I realised I was being scammed to my embarrassment. However after about 8 weeks of ranting and raving I finally got a 30% refund offer on both orders but only the final order with 1 item paid out the refund. And exactly the same happened to my wife. I am now still chasing the 30% refund on the other 5 items which amounts to about £45. Basically as when I looked at what would be involved to return items to China I decided to opt for the refund - but I am pretty sure it will never materialise - although if it does I will report it here.
Because all the items were too small for me even apart from the inferior quality I then donated it all to the Salvation Army. For clarity it started with an order on the 2nd August 2025.

You think you are buying from an established UK company, BUT what an absolute shambles of a website, boots arrived did not even fit, and certainly not as described, would not have paid £5 for them!!!
As other reviews have said refused a complete refund only 30% and you had to pay postage and any duties relevant!!

What absoliute crap quality and too big for the ssize bought some shoes and make me look like a clown when on they are refusing to refund unless i send back at my cost why when they are substandard in every way having an ongoing battle with them avoid do not buy

This website is an absolute scam. Poor quality clothes, badly made and seemingly impossible to get a refund. Avoid at all costs. Do not buy from here.

One star is too much! On the face of it thus appeared to be UK company but it's not. The garments are absolute rubbish - I ordered 3 dressses which took ages to come and only 2 arrived so I got in touch and they sent the 3rd . They were all awful- nothing like the images, made of the thinnest, poor quality fabric and too large. I asked to return them and they said I could keep them and have 15% back. Long story short I ended up keeping them for a 30% refund and took them to a charity shop. They said that to return them I'd have to pay shipping and customs duties but never at any point gave me an address. Don't buy from them!

NEVER buy from this company. I ordered the same dress in two different sizes, that were supposedly reduced from £160 down to £40 each, so I expected good quality. The website looked to be British based and offered a 30 day refund, 100% happiness guaranteed. When they eventually arrived (after the wedding I ordered them for) they were such poor quality you wouldn't even pay a fiver for them. Then it turns out you have to return them to China! I paid £29 for the return shipping as I figured it's better than losing everything, but now the dresses are being held at Chinese customs because they are refusing to pay the customs charges. They say this is "in line with their returns policy" which is not advertised anywhere on their website prior to purchasing the dresses. Many emails have gone backwards and forwards and no progress at all. I'm now nearly £100 out of pocket and feel completely scammed.

I am very surprised Facebook allow these sort of companies to advertise on there sites. Grab your money and run.

sending goods from China via Yunexpress absolute junk and looks like they don't want you to return the goods or give them away!! that what they said in an email to me. jackets are not leather as stated just PVC junk. I'm fuming i will never order online again unless its very.com or mail order companies i know. these people shouldn't be allowed on to trade this way. Same old internet scammers which will keep on scamming.

The company website states it is a UK based company which is closing down and offers significant discounts on remaining stock. They state there is a 30 day refund policy for returned goods. I ordered 3 dresses which took several weeks to arrive. The size was too small and the quality of two of the items extremely poor. To request a return of garments and refund I was required to contact customer services. They offered me a 30% refund on two items which I could keep & did offer to send me a larger size in the third. I opted then for a refund for all 3 and a full refund minus postage as stated on their website. I was then sent a form to complete, asked to package everything up and return it to an address in CHINA! Once received and checked they stated they would instigate a refund. I have asked them to give me their UK company address and confirm I can return the goods there and receive a refund. I await their reply. DON'T use this company unless you want to throw money away. Their communication was excellent up until the dispute over the refunds.
