I ordered several items from the website. When they arrived they were exactly as described and good quality, but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong sizes for a couple of items.

I emailed customer support and had a reply within hours, explaining how the items could be returned and exchanged for the correct sizes.

When I posted the items to be returned, and emailed customer support with details of the return parcel (inc tracking number), within a few hours I had a reply and my replacement items were already being shipped out!

There was an issue with my order. After being bitten by poor online customer service in the past, I wasn’t hopeful for any kind of positive resolution. How wrong I was. Jessica has been simply amazing. The emails back and forth have been good natured and positive throughout. She has been courteous, polite and patient and that is a rare thing these days.
I would say, Serremo are one of the best online stores I’ve dealt with. Order with confidence.

I recently ordered the Rover and Everest jackets, and the Cozy-Rib pullover and after their arrival I can say that I’m genuinely satisfied. They look good and are quality made. I decided to go down a size in the Rover jacket and customer service was incredibly helpful in doing so. As soon as I handed it off to USPS they sent out the smaller one and followed up with me after I received the new one. Very impressive.

I got a plaid shirt for my husband and he loves it! It was meant to replace a shirt he'd had of the same color, but this one is much better in quality and appearance. He is very pleased with it. It was very easy to order and the shirt came within the projected time frame.

Good find, easy purchase, fairly timely shipping. Actual vest is simple and functional for civilian use for the range and more serious issues - lots of storage, easy to adjust and put on. Accidently ordered 2 items, return went smoothly good support. Return didn't exchange shipping fee, and required confirmation for credit, but if you follow the steps, all works out. Thanks Jessica.

It Looked like a good sale going on at Serremo.com.
So i decided to buy a Leather Jacket and the mens adult beanie hat. I received my order within a week and a half. No problems. Both Hat and Jacket are of good quality. Nothing wrong with the jacket. The mens beanie is very warm. Yeah. It was worth the buy and the wait.

I ordered a package and it kept getting sent back. Delivery instructions were given, and it became a nightmare trying to get my package. Once I did receive what I had ordered, I was very pleased with the quality of the item. If I was a rate the product I would give it a five but they delivery service definitely one star
