Over a month since I ordered

Over a month since I ordered, not received, every few days customer service say they will check where it is. Asked for a refund several weeks ago and get excuses every week that they will investigate where the parcel is and then never get back to me. No refund ever received. Feels very much like a SCAM. definitely advise to avoid if you never want to see the product or your money again.

If I could have given no stars I…

If I could have given no stars I would.back in feb I ordered a rug needless to say it never arrived, after numerous emails to a support centre with a .co.uk email giving numerous excuses for the delay I realised I had been scammed. I lost over £200 pounds to these people. Do not touch them, I got this company on a google thumbnail photo of what I was looking for, they should not be allowed to trade on google or any other site.
Like to add to following a reply from these people some 6 months of not answering emails. This email is full of as before empty promises.they emailed me offering a 50%refund if I amended my review here. I refused Sking them to send me the item I paid for or a full refund. They agreed a full refund , I said I would update this stating they had paid me back. On 15th Jan I advised them to send it on a gift card giving 14 days. No surprise silence and no refund. On 28th jan I emailed giving them 7 days to sort once and for all.i got an email on 29th saying they were investigating and would reply within 48 hours at the latest investigating what ,had already agreed a refund, again more games from them. 7 days now up and surprise nothing. I think it's quite clear what these people are I havevdone this to warn people .as I said before should not be allowed to advertise on google.

Always Great

I’ve placed a few orders now and have never been disappointed other than this one. Everything always arrives just as pictured, but this time all of the vases i orders were cracked and it took 1 week for them to send out new ones

Received a cheap and faulty product…

Received a cheap and faulty product which took ages to come. I had to chase and my order was stook at 'processing' for over a week. When the light finally arrived it did not look worth the price paid, the outdoor light came with a bulb not suitable for outdoor use, and did not look like it would even suit UK wiring and surprise surprise it doesn't work. I emailed my issue and someone responded the next day saying that they could re-send me another product. I advise I could not wait and wanted a refund instead, since then my emails have been ignored. I tried calling the Swedish number and the call went ignored, I then messaged the number on WhatsApp who advised the phone lines we're not working, all very convenient.

This is not a UK business and is not a reputable company. Avoid and save your money!

Purchased 3 lights from this company…

Purchased 3 lights from this company was sent 3 totally different products. Initially their support was very responsive and said they would send replacements. These never arrived and then stopped answering emails or the phone. Now started a chargeback through the bank to get my money back. Avoid.
