Andy 10 out of 10
SO 57 Andy, what an amazing star! Wheel barrow delivered very heavy stone and so kindly wheeled it through to the garden with a manic barking dachshund - and with a smile and grace. KINDNESS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE MODEL. Bless you. Thank you.

Delivery of heavy items when on your own
Firstly comms and up date on delivery as great.
The guy (S008) arrived and parked across the road. He was delivering 4 x 100 Litre bags of bark chipping and 3 x 50 litre bags of compost. These were heavy and he was on his own and began to struggle. We had a sack truck which we lent him otherwise this should have been a 2 man job. He was polite and helpful throughout.
