Company stole my money and documents it's now been two years still no ID (RIPOFF Britain) THEY WILL NOT PROCESS application sent name change and certified copy of original birth certificate that has been verified by solicitor and a referee

Used my passport for verification
Used my passport for verification. Found the process of scanning my passport and facial recognition difficult to complete. This was due to technical limitations on the web site.

Do not apply through these I had to pay the £35 and tried using an expired passport and they take your monies and say they can’t help you when I requested a refund they declined

Dont Bother - Prov Driving Lience more accpeted
Doesnt seem to be accpeted anywhere for ID verification. better to get a Provisional Driving Lience.
Whilst it might be recognised by Police, etc. It's not recognised by venues when trying to gain access with proof of age.

Most useless form of ID “citezencard” more like scam nation
You’re better off getting a provisional driver’s license. A lot of people won’t even accept this form of ID and the company are a bunch of scammers. Have no problem taking your money but won’t respond to refund requests. I wish I could have gave this rating a 0. Most useless form of ID too other places had no problem accepting my verification. They just find an excuse to scam you and take your money

No matter what I tried my image was rejected…
No matter what I tried my image was rejected. Refund was not received and the company did not respond to my refund request . Instead through rules and regulation at me.It a shameful operation with a sub standard software.

Scam artist.
Truly awful company. I bought an identity card from them, but the photo failed. I asked the company to resend the verification process to me again, but they sent me the wrong information to fill in. I then requested a refund as the application has now become invalid to me due to not being able to have anyone verify my ID. The company is trying to shift the blame on me and won't refund me. Total scam artist.

Doesn’t scan face and the fact you have…
Doesn’t scan face and the fact you have to pay before scanning is stupid and even if it doesn’t work they won’t give you a refund they do not reply to emails 1st email was asking for help over 24h no reply there’s enough proof that they don’t help or reply to emails so I asked for refund no reply to that email either update sent more emails that they haven’t replied too so don’t use them they only want your money and won’t help you if things don’t work like taking pic update still no email their company is such scammers why have a customer service if you don’t respond been nearly a week now since they stole my money

Get a provisional drivers licence…
Get a provisional drivers licence instead. This useless piece of sht can't even be used to open a bank account let alone gain employment or claim benefits. You are scammed from the start as you will not be getting a refund because... you putting in your information and starting the application is them trapping you with a processing fee for them not yet processing your application lmao scam
