Excellent service
We have two Cirrus sound level meters that Cirrus calibrate each year. They are always so easy to work with. The staff are professional and friendly, reply swiftly to emails and calls, and make the process so smooth and straightforward. Anja Foley deserves a special mention as a credit to the company.

dB5 dose badges are great
I purchased a dB5 dose badge kit for a specific job. With respect to the use of the equipment I totally recommend it over their previous dose badges. The remote start, stop and read function was invaluable and the quality of information, including octave band analysis enabled me to determine proportions of noise dose from machinery or the radio (tanker drivers).
I could not give 5 stars because the docking station failed to connect due to a faulty sensor. It was speedily replaced however.

Disappointed with collection procedure…
Disappointed with collection procedure - courier did not follow instructions and failed to collect twice so delivery to Cirrus was delayed four days. Last year, the sane courier failed to collect for over two weeks and we had to dispatch the equipment using our own carrier. The extra cost of this was not of concern to me, but having the instrument unavailable for longer than necessary two years in a row is not good for us. Once Cirrus received the instrument the service and return of it was carried out very promptly,
