ABSOLUTELY NOT! The worst experience ever
I order my SIM card plan online, and when I wanted to activate the sim it just did not work!!! Because they send you an OTP Verification to your mobile phone number and it just does not work. They lie to you when you chat with them and obviously when sms verification does not work you cannot cancel this terrible thing. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE.

Double charged me
I bought a data block, then they charged me for excess data on top of charging me for the 25gb data block that I already paid for when the data should have been included in the 25gb data block. Otherwise, what is the purpose of buying a data block if I am going to be charged extra for it? They are insisting the charges are valid and are still trying to debit all my cards with odd amounts of $1.26 to try to regain some of the fraudulent charges. I am going to the ombudsman. Terrible customer service. They also will not honour discounts that they advertise. Do not use them.

Is zero stars possible? Was given the wrong information prior to going overseas and my number of 20+ years was deactivated. Despite the number not being reallocated, they were not willing to help in any shape or form. I asked for the transcripts to prove this is what was said to me, but not given them to provide the evidence, simply stating 'it's in our terms and conditions'. I called optus and they said it was indeed possible, however Circles just needed to call them. Circles said they weren't able to call without an email from optus - unnecessary hoops to jump through just to provide customer service which should be provided in the first place. I still don't have my number back. I'm not confident that I will at all. Everytime I go back on the chat (no call centre to talk to anybody) I get the same supervisor (Joed) who is extremely unwilling to help in any shape or form. The only way that I actually got somewhere was through accidentally getting another supervisor who said they would escalate this to optus - incoherrant and inconsistant information. Extremely frustrating and will not use them again. Do not recommend.
Roaming false set up on App
I've set up the Roaming using the App before I went overseas.
Whilst overseas I've only received SMS and didn't call anyone.
On my return I was charged over $230.
I've tried to contact the company, they're is no way to call anyone.
I had to send emails and even showed a picture of the Roaming set up but they kept telling me that I need to pay.
They've offered a discount of $10 .
Why ? I don't know.

I signed up for $10 plan every month. Within 2 weeks, I owed $249 aparently, I used my data over the limit. They don't put cap on the monthly plan so if you don't know how much data you're used, they will just keep on charging you. SCAMMERS!

Fraudulent Telco…
Circles.Life is a telco with fraudulent billing practices. Plan was purchased 10 GB for $10. First month of billing was fine, then the second month there were constant alerts saying that I had gone way over my data limit, despite the data usage logs showing use of less than half of 1GB. Unable to contact Circles through the App as all the links are dysfunctional. Downloaded the App 3 times on 3 devices. Finally made contact through browser. By mid June Circles had then replaced the data logs with a bogus data log that showed that I used data whilst I was asleep, at work (when we are not allowed to use mobiles) and during periods when my phone was discharged. Customer service unable to offer any explanation for the corrupt data log. After removing the SIM from phone, the data usage log continues to accrue rapidly. The only communication from Circles during this time was threatening emails and declarations that if I wanted to keep my number, I would need to pay and not ask any questions. By this stage Circles.Life claim that I have used over 30 GB (ten times my usual usage) and that I owe them over $200 for being scammed. I have reported Circles.Life to the ACCC Scamwatch. Circles.Life have now given my details to a debt recovery agent. Don’t deal with this company.

Circle.life is a scam company
Circle.life is a scam company. They email false promises (which is the very definition of scam) like these:
-We're freezing all plan base rates for the rest of 2023.
-We're putting excess data charges on ice. Permanently.
But they charge a fortune! save your sanity and find a reputable provider!
Was great until it wasn't
Anomalous data charges showed up on my amount. Apparently the phone was sending and receiving data while it was turned off. Circles life conducted a "review" and concluded the charges were valid, but provided no information and no transparency about how the review was conducted. After contacting them over 10 times, they agreed to a $100 waiver on the bill and applied it to my account. However the next day, I was sent an email saying the waiver would be removed if I continued with my complaint to the ombudsman. I pointed out to them that this had not been mentioned as a condition at any point during our many conversations, and they quickly apologised and confirmed the waiver would stay, regardless if whether I made a complaint or not. They described the waiver as a "negotiating technique" that wasn't fully explained. This is still ongoing, as they are also refusing to bill me for my normal charges while the complaint is under investigation (because apparently they can't accept partial payments) BUT have also told me the service will be suspended if I have 2 months of outstanding payments. They also won't accept partial payments towards paying off the data charges. It's all or nothing, and they want loads of personal information if you want to apply for their financial hardship program. You also can't manage more than one service from your app, and you can't sign in and out because they send a verification code to the phone, which isn't with me. That makes it difficult to pay the bills. In 2 years, my cost has gone up from $28 to $45 a month. And while you get 100gb data, it's only on 4g speeds. It's no longer worth it, and the drama of dealing with their customer service is just draining. Don't torture yourself by using this company. I've moved all my services away from them and friends that I referred to them have done the same. I hope their data charges are worth losing around 8 services, a complaint to the TIO and the numerous bad reviews I'll be leaving.
You will save money, but not your sanity
I have four phones with Circles Life. This was a great saving. The only issue I had was when I decided to recently purchase a phone on a plan through another provider and transfer over my number from Circles to the new provider (because you cannot purchase a phone on payments through Circles.Life). Despite the new provider requesting three times the port over, they still couldn't action it. Very frustrating and little support. I had to basically sort out the solution myself as they couldn't do it. The other annoying thing is with all my phones (4 on there), which are my children, I wasn't able to bundle all the bills into one bill. They all have to be paid separately and if I want to pay it manually instead of automatically taken from my account I have to have the child there with me with their phone to log in. They say they are working on fixing this so people with more than one number can bundle it in to one account, but nothing has happened yet!

Referral benefits from relatives so a win win. When it came to termination also hassle free.
Coverage is only as good as the Telco underlying circles but was pretty good as we travelled around Australia.
Data speeds were sufficient for travel needs.
Avoid this circles life like the plauge
Avoid this providers like the plauge. I got stuck $250 and had my number suspended when I litterly landed in Singapore flying from aus.
They continue to charge me and have no way of contacting them since they blocked my number from being used.
Multiple emails and only one reply which wasn't helpful what so ever.
If imagine circles have a back lost of consumer complaints.
They have no location in Australia and you're lucky if some in the Philippines decodes to respond to your email, and then it's not a back and fourth conversation, rather wait a day to get any type of response.

I signed up for $10 plan and it was going well until they started charging for additional mobile data. Got charged $68 and next bill is $96. I even stopped mobile data and used home wifi but the charges have only increased. This is such a dodgy company. I wish i had read the reviews before. I wish I had never signed up.
