I've been using the club for years through membership of a twins charity. Two days ago my sons came down with a vomiting bug at the very last minute so contacted Cust Services at Cinema Society in the hope they would reissue the vouchers. They could not have been more helpful and understanding - and prompt! Cinema is expensive for families so I hugely appreciate the discounts (its the difference between my kids being able to enjoy or not), and in this case, the flexibility and ease that they showed.

A great way to “escape” any situations or circumstances outside…leave them outside the front door and enjoy the film. Booking was so easy. But unfortunately my Bank card had been fraudulently used and so l asked the friendly staff to assist in paying via another method, until my new card arrived. Much appreciated! 👍

Very easy and quick to book cinema ticket vouchers. Cineworld tickets are about 40% cheaper. Vue and Odeon are not a great deal to purchase from here so should give a 4 star however giving a 5 star rating due to the customer service. The customer care is very prompt and quick in responding. I accidentally order tickets for the wrong day and then emailed the customer care who replied back and refunded me the ticket amount in less than an hour.

Cineworld happened to cancelled the showing that I had used my Cinema Society vouchers for; I contacted the Cinema Society support and they were able to resolve smoothly in literally under an hour. Exemplary service! The Cinema Society is excellent for frequent cinema goers looking to get the best prices for their tickets.

Had a problem with booking the cinema. I emailed Computer Society and they responded within the hour even though it was a Sunday.

Great way to save on cinema tickets. 🎟️ You are able to check each of the local cinemas and compare prices, and discounts. Some cinema chains or locations have quite a big discount. Great way to save money.

Ticket prices are nearly half price so will be encouraging me to go more often particularly Mon- Thurs. No problems exchanging codes at the cinema. Thank you cinema society club.

Been a member for years and as a family who love going to the cinema this site is amazing with it's deal and money saving offers. Recently purchased the wrong tickets for a Saturday showing and customer services helped sort it all within an hour. Would recommend 100%

Hats off to their customer service. I had bought 3 discount codes and purchased 3 tickets. Then my sister unexpectedly had to go to A&E. They were very understanding and still refunded me the cost.

Purchased two tickets for later in the day on your website. The voucher codes arrived fine but the voucher code is not working on the cinema website. I know that this is a participating cinema and the tickets I am trying to purchase are "standard adult" tickets but neither voucher code is working. "Promotional Code is not Valid for this screening". Have checked your Terms and Conditions. This is not a live screening of any sort or, as far as I am aware, a 3D screening. This is a bog-standard film. Have sent a message online but it says 1-working day for a response. No good to me!! While I realise the voucher codes are valid until next year in the short term, I'll have paid twice for my tickets for today's screening. Really disappointing. Don't think I'll be using your services again.

I was made aware of the discount by Lidl on their app. I am now retired with no income, so the saving helps me greatly.

Every time is a treat.

It gives me a nice saving when I take my Mum to see a film. I book with The Light cinema, which is a bit pricier than some, but because it's local to us, it's just perfect.

Generally the experience is great. Significant discount on all tickets. Would be nice if there were a few more independent cinemas not just the big monliths.

Cinema society has been fantastic for us as a big family who love going to the movies but find it quiet expensive as there's 7 of us! But Now we're saving alot of money! Really recommend 👌
