It is not enough just to buy a bicycle, but it is more important that you have technical and professional support at all times. I experienced it, and after two years of buying a bike in his store, I have every support and quick and precise answer. They accepted all my complaints, and they responded very quickly. I purchased a Colnago V4Rs in November 2024 through Cicli Tartaggia, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

The original frame developed significant noise from the bottom bracket area and was sent back under warranty. After two months, a replacement frame was provided — however, it came with multiple issues: mismatched paint (brighter white than the fork), missing clear coat in several areas, poor finishing around the bottom bracket, scratches on the rear stay, and missing items including the digital token and rear thru axle.

I was also informed that the warranty would not reset with the replacement frame, which contradicts EU consumer law.

A second replacement was then provided. While slightly improved, it still had missing clear coat and a noticeable color mismatch with the fork, which appeared used and scratched despite being described as new.

After multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue, I formally requested to cancel the purchase in accordance with EU consumer protection rules. This request was declined, with both the dealer and Colnago stating that no further action could be taken.

At this price level, both the product quality and after-sales support fall far below expectations. I cannot recommend this dealer based on my experience.

Vedendo sul sito (ben fatto) ottimi prezzi sui telai rispetto ad altri siti, non mi aspettavo anche una qualità così eccellente.

Ho acquistato un telaio wilier filante slr Astana (S). Premetto che sono giunto a questo venditore attirato dalle ottime offerte sui prezzi rispetto alla concorrenza, per cui 5 stelle sul prezzo. Spedizione non da meno, la stessa è avvenuta in tempi rapidi e altrettanto lo è stata la consegna.
Segnalo una nota di merito aggiuntiva, quando al momento del montaggio del telaio si è presentato un piccolo problema dovuto alla incompatibilità di un pezzo (expander sella) evidentemente appartenente ad un'altra bici, finito lì con tutta probabilità non per errore da parte di cicli tartaggia, quanto da parte del fornitore (wilier), ebbene il venditore mi ha spedito il pezzo corretto (senza costi aggiuntivi) nel più breve tempo possibile, non appena ha verificato il problema.
Ringrazio per l'attenzione, la professionalità e la tempestività dell'assistenza. Sicuramente riacquistarei da loro in futuro.

Recensire in positivo un venditore di biciclette quando l'acquisto è andato a buon fine è davvero facile, al contrario il feedback più reale e veritiero lo si ha quando nascono dei problemi, lì davvero si conosce l'effettiva serietà e disponibilità dello stesso nell'aiutare il cliente a risolvere dopo aver speso molti soldi. In questo caso provato di persona e in una valutazione da 1 a 10 = 0 . Consiglio vivamente di spendere anche qualche centinaio di euro in più ( cosa che farò sicuramente in futuro) scegliendo di recarsi da professionisti seri che offrono servizio di assistenza e garanzia post vendita reale e non presunta, e per fortuna ne esistono ancora di commercianti seri e affidabili in giro. Da notare le molte recensioni in positivo sono su richiesta.

Acquistato MTB elettrica Specialized Levo SL, in promozione: nonostante il sito fosse molto agevole x l'acquisto, ho contattato il negozio x chiarimenti: in poco tempo ho ricevuto chiarimenti, risposte, e definito l'acquisto con aggiunta di accessori... Sebastiano è stato esemplare... fatto finanziamento tramite cell., bici imballata e spedita in tre giorni.. null'altro da aggiungere.. penso basti questo x capirne l'affidabilità.

Ho acquistato un casco da loro... acquisto facile, veloce, spedizione velocissima... ad un prezzo veramente ottimo (il più basso che sono riuscito a trovare su internet). Veramente soddisfatto, lo consiglio a tutti!

Habe online ein Specialized MTB zu einem fairen Preis erhalten. Inkl. versichertem Versand! In Deutschland fand ich keinen der wegen der hohen Nachfrage auch nur annähernd den Preis reduziert hätte. Der Inhaber ist sehr kompetent und sehr nett. Er hat sogar Sonntags auf meine Whatsapp-Anfrage reagiert und auch sonst schnell geantwortet! Das Bike war nach Banküberweisung innerhalb einer Woche da.
Da ich mir Anfangs wegen schlechter Erfahrungen bei anderen Online-Shops vorher, bei einem Preis von mehreren tsd. Euro nicht ganz sicher war, habe ich etwas gesucht und ein Youtube-Video gefunden wo die Inhaber ein Fahrradrennen für Kinder organisiert hatten.
Das war dann für mich der Beweis, dass es den Laden gibt und er seriös ist. Wer sich allso überzeugen möchte, einfach mal googln.

Der Kauf bei Cicli Tartaggia hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Der Mechaniker hat mich sehr kompetent beraten. Die Abholung des Bikes in Italien und die Rückerstattung der italienischen Mehrwertsteuer hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Ich würde dort wieder ein Bike kaufen, die Preise sind sehr kompetitiv und die Beratung top. Danke
